"Pleasant and attractive room and reception area and friendly staff. "
A good experience. The only problem was a television that wasn`t properly tuned and a controller that was dirty. Mentioned to staff on first morning but no action taken.

It,s the second time that I,ve stayed at the hotel.The location,furnishings,service & food are fine,hence a return booking.The first occasion,I was allocated an inside room,no view,but quiet..Unfortunately,this time we were given room 247,which overlooks the pedestrionised street,but also near a nightclub that plays loud music until 4am,we could even hear the Dj shouting..We went to bed at 1am,after a party,but given that we are a couple in our 50,s,think the room should have been given to a group on a hen/stag party etc,My girlfriend was not happy in the morning,soon after the disco stopped,the roadsweepers started their opperations,so she had very little sleep!

"Mixed feelings"
Not quite as good as our last visit November 2013. Fairly clean. Not quite bad enough to complain about. Could not get the TV to work and neither could the hotel staff. Found a TV Power Feed switch the following morning at the opposite side of the room and this was the answer all along. Hotel staff were not clued in to this.

room very clean and bed comfy and great powerful shower. Staff very very welcoming and helpful. Would definately reccomend hotel. Plus we parked at hotel easily which was a bonus as stay and forget about car for few days! Recommend greatly.

"Hotel and staff very good but the bed and pillow were a very poor standard."
Cleanliness and decor of the hotel and position was very good but housekeeping need to check the quality of mattresses and pillows. We stayed in room 250 and I can honestly say the bed and pillows were exceptionaly bad. We only stay in 4 and 5 star hotels and I would have expected better.

Polite & warm welcome on arrival, friendly staff. The hotel had a modern feel throughout which was the same for our room, we had quite a large room for what had been listed as a standard and came equipped with flat screen tv, queen size bed and walk in rain shower. Booked the hotel at only 2 weeks notice for the rugby international and although a price hike for the occasion was still reasonable compared to other hotels. Location was ideal, close enough to walk to the pubs and clubs, but far enough to get away from it when the time came. We have stayed in numerous hotels in the city and can say this is on a par with many of the new hotels that have sprung up in recent years. (March 2012)

"Brilliant location for shops and shows"
lovely hotel staff very helpfull and polite. nice smell every where you went did get a bit overpowering at times . our room was ample for us only bad point the cleaner had not looked in the fridge food had been left in there .beds nice and comfy.would stay again at a discounted price.

"Lovely hotel, great location but not so good customer service"
The hotel had no record of our reservation through this website, made us feel like it was something we had done wrong, no apology. luckily they had rooms free otherwise god knows what we wouldve done!! Decor is lovely throughout hotel, slightly noisy at night but i guess you`d expect that being in the city centre.

"Bathroom Problems"
We booked into the Parc on Friday 19th, we were allocated room 121. We found that the water would not run hot in the bath, and the mechanism to empty the bath was broken. The air conditioning was working o.k. but the fan had a noisy rattle. We reported this on Saturday morning and were out for the day. When we got back we checked in and were given an upgrade (room 305). The room was perfect we had no complaints at all.One thing I would say is when people travel perhaps a couple more tea and coffee sachets could be available. Good rating for the hotelAlan ward
