"Cheap and does the job."
Reception kicked up a real fuss because I did not have any photo ID, something I was not asked to bring and, as a UK citizen, generally do not carry around with me.This is very much a case of what you get reflects what you pay, in other words not very much. One of the spare pillows in the wardrobe was absolutely filthy, looked like it had blood on it perhaps. The overall condition of the room was just about clean enough to be habitable, the bathroom seemed to be well cleaned.

"Average room"
Directions on confirmation of booking need to be reviewed as they are incorrect. Room was very small but reception were helpful. No bath mats in bathroom.

"Basic but sufficient"
The rooms were clean but its about a 10 minute walk from the tube station and the directions to the hotel were not as good as they could have been. We opted for no breakfast and I was glad because it was yogurt and croissants you had to collect from reception. Staff were mostly friendly except one who allowed other (very forward and bold) residents to interrupt me while checking out. I thought the member of staff should have said for them to wait while she finished with me but she just turned her attention to them and ignored me!

"Recommended."
What we wanted from the hotel was somewhere nice and clean, in a decent area, to lay our heads at night, as we were out all day sightseeing, and that is exactly what we got. The room was rather small but that was not a problem. Would definatly use this hotel again.

"My single room was very small but clean and staff were friendly and helpful."
Being new to London, I was not sure what to expect and thought my single room was too small, no breakfast provided and the surrounding suburb a bit too crappy for the price paid, but having been here for over a week I see that this is normal for London. I slept well at night even though my window was open to the street (which I appreciated in the end). The staff were lovely and helpful. I found plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby and Earls Court is a 15-20 minute walk across the rail bridge. I enjoyed my short stay, my intro to London.

"Basic hotel, but it has got a great location to the tube."
At first the size of the room was a surprise as it was rather small. Looking past that, the room was clean basic and somewhere to sleep. The staff are helpful. If you just want a cheap, clean and very basic hotel then choose this hotel. If you want something grand then don`t bother.

"Great staff but noisy night"
This is a very basic hotel. The staff I interacted with were helpful and courteous regarding my requests for more towels and for transportation directions, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, but there was only one towel in the bathroom, the flush mechanism broke on the toilet, and the rooms are so small and the walls so thin that the noisy students in the hall might as well have been right in the room with me. Will probably not go back there.

"Noisy hotel"
You hear every noise from people talking to creaking floors. The doors slam (to the rooms)unless you hold them. Small rooms with basic facilities. Poor quality for £80 a night.Only saving grace the rooms are relatively clean. Avoid unless desperate!

Great location. Very near a Tube station. Nice rooms and great price. Not sound proof though. We were kept up til 3 am, by the loud party sounds of neighbors or other guests (was hard to figure out where the sound was coming from). But would stay here again. Also the staff was lovely.

"could have been better"
The hotel was clean & tidy, Bathroom was a bit tight, there was not much room to move about.The radiator where constanly making noises all day & night, it kept waking my sister up.i wouldnt recomment this hotel

The walls were very thin so u could hear the people in the next room. Room was small which did not bother me but may bother others if they like alot of space.They were very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was no where near the theatre so lots of train journeys needed to get there. On arrival we were asked for passports but being uk residents none of my party had them, i didnt see anything on the booking information that said we needed them either so it caused a slight problem. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small. Price wise the theatre deal was fab but i might think again about staying at this hotel.

"Would not stay at this hotel again and wouldn`t recommend"
Our room was situated in the back of the hotel, very hard to locate. As soon as the door to this part of the building was opened there was an appalling damp/musty smell. The room itself was just as bad, . When we complained they said they couldn`t change our room and we were given an air freshener spray which didn`t help much. Thankfully we only booked one night, if not we would have had to find somewhere else to stay.
