We love staying at Holiday inns, but breakfast here was a nightmare. Complete chaos. First told we should sit on a small very dirty table as there were only 3 of us(not asked nicely!) , toast had to be put in twice to be slightly brown hence loads of people waiting blocking access to other areas (didn`t seem safe with hot drinks etc), had to wait for some hot food, no clean cutlery so food cold by the time it turned up. We couldn`t understand it as there seemed to be a lot of staff. Other wise good, desk staff were really helpfull and polite.

"Perfect hotel, will stay here again."

Hotel was clean, staff were wonderful. Nadia behind reception found me a phone charger at 10pm on a Sunday night and let me borrow it. Breakfast was good, just help yourself so nice and stress free when you have two children in tow. Only about 5-10 mins walk from hammersmith underground so really easy to find, not too far out but quiet at night to get a decent nights sleep. Will happily stay here again.

Staff were courteous, only a little disappointed with the breakfast, not a huge choice and not very tasty! Otherwise would have rated excellent!

"Great staff and good location ..."

We found all the staff excellent and very helpful during our stay. Our room was for a family of 4 and although a bit tight on space, it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with tube stations just down the road. The only minor niggle was the lack of bacon for breakfast (sausages, beans, eggs etc were available). Plenty of places to eat locally and we found a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant a few minutes walk up Kings Street. We would come back and recommend this hotel to friends and to anyone looking for a good hotel.

"Very good, clean & comfortable family-oriented hotel. "

Stayed here for two nights with my wife and two daughters, and we were all very pleased. The hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable, with very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. It would have been difficult not to find something on the buffet you could enjoy, including cereals, fruit, cheese, preserves, croissants, hot drinks, fruit juice, fresh milk, muffins, sausages, toast, baked beans, (plus the mass-produced scrambled-eggs, which were maybe not perfect, I`ll agree). Other than the breakfast buffet there is no restaurant, but this hotel is in a quiet location, with a good, family-friendly, Wetherspoons pub right next door, (for nice, reasonably priced food and drink). Halfway between Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Gardens tube stations, each approx. 5 minutes walk away, we consider ourselves very lucky to have hit upon such a good family-oriented hotel, and would be more than happy to stay again.

"Good location and has parking "

This is the second time we have stayed here and again wasn`t disappointed. Good clean hotel with friendly staff and free breakfast. Rooms are good with nice hot shower. Location is good, just 5 minute walk to Hammersmith tube station. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We found it clean with pleasant and helpful staff. negative points...hairdryer didn`t work (however within 5 minutes we were brought another one)...and they don`t do bacon at breakfast.

"Clean, good value with excellent service on reception."

I stayed with my wife for 3 nights, room was clean, warn with maaid service and clean towells daily. Accomodation was as normal with Holiday Inn express. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was good. The reception staff were very helpfull, I forgot my blackbury charger and one of the staff loaned me her personal charger to get me over the problem. Thanks to all on reception for their polite, efficient and helpful service, all shifts, morning, evening and night time.

"Overall a really great stay - but breakfast just a little disappointing."

Breakfast was fine - and lots of it - but the sausage didn`t seem to be the best of quality, and the egg seemed to have been made from powder rather than from real eggs. Otherwise, everything was fine - very comfortable, clean rooms, friendly efficient staff, excellent room cleaning service....

Hotel staff friendly, Room warm clean and comfortable, Children (4 & 7 yrs) enjoyed their stay, Breakfast was fab, another tick from the kids too, close to tube station and lines we required for our days out. Will definately stay there aagin and reccommend to friends and family.

Hotel rooms were absolutely clean and breakfast was superb. Value for money! The hotel is also centrally located, near to shops, restaurant, etc. However,for me the only downfall was the high level of noise especially at night in early in the morning while still trying to sleep

"Handy position but not ideal."

We stayed in a family room, 2 adults, 2 teenage children. I standard double and one small sofa bed double- not ideal for a boy and girl 14 and 15. Bedding and room clean, but room was above pub back door- smokers (worse for wear and v loud!) til almost midnight and empty bottles going out after that. Breakfast adequate, not great. But £95 for a room for four between Xmas and new year is hard to beat. Room temperature was good- often a problem in family rooms- .all in all, ok.

"Great location. Clean rooms. Breakfast chaos."

We have chosen this hotel in the past as its location for the West End is superb. It has family rooms which again are good for us. Our check in was quick and easy but the staff that followed were not as efficient. Breakfast was a disaster with staff saying they could not cope. Admitting you can`t cope with a busy restaurant how bad is that. It wasn`t even full. We had to wait for cutlery so long the food went cold. When we went up to replace the food they had ran out of eggs. The coffee machine was empty and when I asked for it to be refilled the waiter said breakfast finished in 5 minutes have some tea!! The tables are not cleared or wiped down. I will stay again as the room and location suits but will eat out next time.

"Good value for money in convenient location for tube"

Immaculate room. Good value deal (for London) -£104 for 4 people (2 adults 2 children sharing a room) including breakfast. Nice reception area. Staff very helpful. Bag store behind reception so could check in bags early. About 10 min walk to tube so easy to get to central London. Would stay again.
