Wafer thin walls so you can hear all activities in next room. And watch out for the £20 cash `room deposit` at check-in. Not mentioned at any time when booking and YOU have to request its return at check-out - its return is not offered by reception staff and why is it required anyway. I wonder what happens to the cash if you forget to ask for it back? We never used the restuarant so cant comment on food. We wont stay here again.

| | | Guest rating: | 6/8/2009 | | "for 4 stars it was clean and neat but very very small" | | | | They did not have our bookng on their system, we had to wait over an hour til they found us a room and for £100 a night the room was incredibly small, not big enough for 1 let alone 2 people. the room was an adjoining room so there was a door leading into another room and we could hear the couple next door the whole time as if they were in the room with us. Allthough the room service was efficient and the room was kept clean and neat, I wouldnt stay there again as it was just too expensive for what we got

| | | Guest rating: | 23/4/2009 | | "clean and tidy hotel,would stop again." | | | | hotel was fine,apart from the garage door not working. after driving 300 miles,the last thing you want to hear is "you`ll have to find somewhere else to park. we ended up parking at the holiday inn,the staff there we`re very helpful,unlike your receptionist & porter at the time,the latter smirking & shrugging his shoulder`s when asked where i could park my car! also,we found it strange that the restaraunt was only open for breakfast!
