"Central for all Barcelona Sites"

Hotel walking distance from Ramblas, tube station outside hotel and you can get to all sites from here. Hotel pool is a splash pool and could benefit from having a bar on the roof as well. Bar area is very small and we didn`t see any customers or bar staff. The rooms were very good and the breakfast was very good for continental.

"smart and clean hotel"

this hotel is very well situated for all the main tourist attractions, 5 mins. ramblas, 5 mins port, 10 mins. gothic quarter, the rooftop pool is small, but very comfortable decking area with sun loungers and chairs, rooms are very clean and maid comes in every day, breakfast was good , cont. style but everything you would want, never had eve. meal, would use again

The room and bathroom allocated was lovely, and well maintained throughout our stay, but unfortunately positioned such that there was no natural light, and the only window, which had obscure glass, opened onto a central well, which was covered; this meant it was not possible to see sunshine (or rain), nor to get any fresh air, although the room was air conditioned. The service in the dining room at breakfast was fine first 2 mornings, but poor on third day. We were pointed to a table, which had no chairs and was partly laid. When we asked for chairs, the waiter pointed to others, which we had to lift, and we had to ask for the remaining items i.e. cups, cutlery, napkins. Otherwise, receptions staff were excellent and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. We would, despite these disappointments, return to the hotel.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. The location is abit off the beaten track with a real problem with pick pockets, however, as long as you use your common sense you should have a great time. Strongly recommend.

"Overal Good"

Found the staff very helpful, breakfast was good and contained the normal buffet bits. The location is fine, right next to a metro station and within walking distance of the Las Ramblas

The hotel is nicely presented and very clean with a modern feel to it. The staff are responsive and helpful to requests, although not the smiliest or openly freindliest of people. The hotel is approx 10 minute walk to la ramblas, so fairly well located. The breakfast is basic and lots of choice given, not always to a high standard. The only downside to the hotel on our visit was that we did not have a window in the room ( well.. a window that opened to look at other walls!) however, i did see that other rooms had windows, so should make sure you request this!. Generally a positive experience and pleasant stay.
