"Perfect location"
Just 5 minutes walk from euston station and a very comfy room, will defiantly be staying again

"A 3 star"
I spend many weekends in London, mainly for pleasure as it`s nice to visit the city once in a while. I booked the euston 4* as the website looked fairly impressive, the rates didn`t blow me away but wasn`t expensive. Checking in our room we found a bin on the toilet seat which I didn`t expect to be re-arranging the bathroom, then after a long journey I had a shower to find the big plastic cover over the drain had broke off leaving a fairly big hole, the maid had obviously noticed this as it wasn`t even over the plug hole, then I went to iron my shirt to get ready for dinner and the iron just leaked all over a brand new shirt I had bought 2 hours before leaving a brown water stain. I reported all this on check out. I will not be or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff, very modern neat and clean - all you can expect from a 4-5 start hotel. Highly recommended. Although the room we had was small but did have an option to upgrade for a small price but chose not to as it was only for one night

Only downside was the noise from the courtyard outside the bedroom window. Moving a noisy trolley at 6:30 in the morning was a "disappiontment".

Room pretty good value. Clean ,comfortable. Felt very welcome ;staff attentive and efficient. Very good one night stay. Bathroom door not closing shut a slight detraction, but sure that will be dealt with.

Our stay this weekend was glorious. We had a wonderfull time in London made all the better by our stay at the xxxxx Euston. Staff were genuinely helpfull and courteous. The room was fresh and clean and all fascilities were to a high standard. We found getting to numerous places very easy from this `base camp`....such as Camden, Trafalgar Square and of course The theatre!! Thanks to all staff for helping my Hubby and I to chill and have fun!! Be Blessed. :0)

"Nice but standard room quite small"
Nicely presented hotel with everything you need. We had a standard double and while it was meat and functional it was a bit pokey. Didnt stop us enjoying our stay though. Very convenient for the underground and the staff were very nice.

"A great weekend in London City "
Me and my fiancé came to London for the weekend, a last minute thing, we arrive in London went to a Internet cafe found this mysterious hotel with a good discount but the deal was, they wouldn`t give any information on this hotel. Anyway we booked it for 2 nights. And there we went to the address. Such a nice surprise when we arrived it was a beautiful, class, clean and smart 4* hotel, the staff was lovely and very helpful, all very kind. The room suite was just perfect! Nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. The staff is very dedicated, gave us good addresses to eat and to shop. They made our weekend in London perfect! Not only we have recommend it to our family but also we want to plan another stay soon.

"One blip but otherwise all good"
Unfortunately the evening meal I had ordered was not pleasant, and not what I ordered. Staff dealt very well with this issue in a very fair way, bearing in mind I don`t rant and get angry just quietly explained the issue. The food isn`t for anyone expecting high end little meals, they are substantial amounts of normal food. Good! The room was pleasant and clean, and for an insomniac I slept we.. I will use this hotel again.

Fantastic time had for my sisters birthday. Room immaculate, very clean, tidy and modern. Very impressed with the breakfast too, lots of choice everything was well cooked and presented. Every member of staff we saw gave excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again!!

"On line booking tiny room"
Went to London for a couple of days with wife and friends. Booked 2 double rooms B&B for £50 p/head p/night. Offered and upgrade on arrival for £25 p/night p/room. Declined upgrade as not planning to spend much time in the room. Room was on 4th floor, lifts were clean modern and reliable, however the room was tiny. Breakfast was buffet style and good quality, service at breakfast was excellent. Euston station was a 2 minute walk from the hotel so transport links were excellent. The tube day ticket was excellent value. I would use this hotel again but I would ask about the room before making the final choice.

"Excellent in every way"
We were a group of four women friends meeting up together for a few days in London and the xxxxx hotel was just perfect for us. It was very convenient for Easton train station and the rooms were excellent, quiet and spotless. The breakfasts were included and were very good with friendly and helpful staff. We will be staying there again next year".
