"Nice room and a great breakfast"
A nice hotel in a great location, right next to xxxxx xxxxx. Room was a little old fashioned and bed not the softest but good value for money overall. Opted for the full english breakfast which was great, lots of options in a buffet arrangement. Lovely staff, even the cleaners and maintenance men always say hello and smile.

"gorgeous hotel"
As a single person staying in a single room, I would of appreciated a view. However I can only see other peoples bedroom Windows, this is no experience to see xxxxx xxxxx, besides walking it. Room is very basic, bed, table, kettle. I could of got that art premier inn.

"Shower did not work, Pensioners, bath difficult to get out. New mattress needed, warn out,Lumpy! "
Clean. Food good, Staff friendly, helpful. Shame Shower not working as a pensioner bath not helpful. Worn out Mattress should have been disgarded long ago. Executive suit, good bed and working Shower expected! Would hope to have some kind of refund. Otherwise very good would stay again if I ever go back to London.

Small but perfectly adequate room, smart modern and clean. Let down by window shutter that wouldn`t close completely this letting in beam of light from street lighting. Good breakfast, staff polite.

There was a long que for breakfast as lots of tables needed clearing before we could be seated - no glasses for juice either but other than that it was a good hotel and the maid was very good in our room (1007)

Hotel great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Stayed for 2 nights bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very good, a variety of hot and cold foods. Will definitely stayed in this hotel again.

I think this was sold as a four star hotel, but really should not claim that kind of rating. Tepid shower, poor bar service and a very average breakfast.

Tiny room which was very hot. Window firmly screwed shut and air con difficult to adjust. We had to sleep without on all night even though it was November! Shower over bath was very cramped with a tiled boxed section running overhead. Anyone taller than my 5` 8" would have problems. Breakfast was excellent though!

"Modern, compact, good location."
Very clean except for one thing, the toilet bowl hadn`t been cleaned. Wet room lovely and modern but if someone is using the shower, the sink is not usable unless they don`t mind getting wet. Also, the whole bathroom floor becomes soaked so you have to stand in water to use the sink. Full length mirror needed in the room, only a small one in the bathroom (which is wet and steamed up) there is a hairdryer but again no mirror! Bad design!! Breakfast lovely, staff friendly, bed very comfortable.

"Not what a 4 star should be"
Stayed here over night on a theater break room very small more like a caravan you had 3 ft from the bed to the wall it had a trouser press tea/coffee kettle and a hair dryer the bathroom was so small you could sit on the loo and put you feet in the shower the sink was so small that you couldn`t fill the kettle up the breakfast was a joke after being seated we were asked what we would like to drink 25 minutes later we ask for drinks again and got the wronge ones the bacon eggs and beans had all gone and we had to wait for 20 minutes for more the mushrooms were full of oil and raw and the fresh tomatoe was burned on top and raw in the middle last time we were in London we stayed in a 3 star that was much better than this would not stay here again and the room was more like 2 star

"Decent hotel, great location"
Check in and check out was efficient, with Mustapha providing an excellent service. Room was a twin room, it was a small but clean. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom which was exceptionally small in particular the shower cubicle. This is not what I expected of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good with a good variety to choose from. Location is excellent. Overall I would recommend the hotel to others
