"Lovely hotel, fab location!"
A great find - convenient to tube for all central areas (Piccadilly line). Good shops in Hammersmith itself too! Will definitely use again!

"Television"
Could not remove the Sub Titles from the bottom of the screen nor could the Staff when they tried after bringing in a different control unit. This became extremely annoying as neither of us required Sub Titles. The emptying of the Hand Basin in this room is very slow suggest you get maintenance to undo the Trap and clean it out.

"Area not great but a well decorated and fitted room."
If all you need are the basics for a 1 night sleepover to avoid travel then this hotel is just fine. Breakfast was continental and was very good. I would not recommend for a stylish, luxurious getaway, but you shouldn`t expect that anyway in Hammersmith!

"Disappointing"
We stayed overnight after a concert at the Appollo, which was great. The hotel, however, was disappointing. The room was very small, with no shower cap in the bathroom, which I needed to avoid getting my hair wet under the large, overhead shower head. The bed was soft and both of us had backache in the next morning, after very little sleep, due to endless delivery lorries and roads sweepers throughout the night. We had room 106 and we recommend never staying in one of the street-facing rooms! The bar is very small and under-stocked. I had a G&T (only one type of gin available) but there was no lemon or lime to go in it. My husband wanted a scotch and American ginger ale, but they didn`t stock ginger ale. The continental breakfast had sub-standard food (dry bread rolls, plastic cheese and equally plastic ham) And the receptionists on arrival were helpful and friendly, but the person the next morning was a bit surly and never asked us about our stay. Not sure we will stay there again.
