"Clean, friendly and as a woman felt very safe."
We booked a twin room in this central location and weren`t disappointed. Reception was staff 24/7 so we didnt` have bother anyone coming in late, staff were all very polite, breakfast included was an additional bonus. We did have to report our shower was faulty - water was so hot we couldn`t tolerate standing under it and mixer was faulty - staff were apologetic and sorted the issue out whilst we were out for the day. Would definitely book again.

"The clerk booked the 2 rooms 4 flights apart. I booked approx. 3mos ago & no AC in our room"
Due to the road works after 11pm it was very difficult to sleep. It was a warm evening and we had to leave window open due to no AC. Not as impressed as we thought we w ould be!

"Very helpful staff Brunel hotel"
I accidently booked 2 doubles instead of a quad room, the lady behind the counter was super amazing, when I explained all of us wanted to stay in one room she went out of her way to help! Very polite staff! Defo will stay again!

Put on 4th floor even though we rang ahead and told them we had a disabled child with us. Tiny lift only went to 3rd floor. Not keen on see through door into bathroom, with a big gap all around it. But for what we payed, room was acceptable, stocked with tea and coffee and really friendly knowledgable staff

"Double-booked by hotel. Moved to another"
When we arrived, we were told that our room wasn`t ready, but we could leave our luggage and go out for an hour. We put the luggage into a separate room and prepared to go out for lunch when a Manager came into Reception and told us that they had double booked and we were being moved to another hotel, Kensington Court. A taxi was ordered and paid for to get us to it. The hotel was good except for the fridge making noise and not working properly. A Gluten free breakfast was also catered for, which was appreciated. I would use the hotel again, just a disappointing start.

"Don,t stay there."
Our room not even on the hotel signs (103). Floorboards so bad could barely breathe without a noise, taps back to front (cold, hot water and hot, cold water). No TV signal, very slow WiFi. Dining room so small had to eat our first morning, queue too long. Second morning wish we had not bothered. Disgusting, no proper choice and staff rude. Served wrong drinks and staff rude when asked to be corrected, Don`t use it.

"nice room , breakfast dissappointing "
Room was of very good quality ( only downside was the kettle didn`t work ) we were on the top floor , lift ( which didn`t work properly once , with us getting stuck for a couple of minutes ) only went up to the 3rd floor and there was a very steep and narrow staircase to the top floor. Breakfast was advertised as hot buffet , but was in effect a continental breakfast with just scrambled egg and chipolata sausages
