"Very good location. Handy to bakerloo, circle and district lines."
I had a very nice room. The only criticism I would have is the fact that there were no windows. However, the lady from reception kindly switched on the air conditioning. The toilet tended to block easily. I would definitely stay there again despite this. Although the hotel was on the Edgware Road it wasn`t noisy.

Very clean & brilliant use of small space. Although the room was small it didn`t feel at all cramped, nicely decorated. Big shower & a comfortable bed. Though could perhaps to with better windows to block out some street sound. Very friendly staff also.

Traffic noise quite loud, even from 3rd floor, also dirty cups not cleaned at end of night. Good location, within walking distance of all major attractions

"Noisey "
After long day of sightseeing London we headed back around ,8pm. Tried going to sleep around 9pm but not a chance. People arguing outside my door, plates cups slamming from cafe, foreign singing really loud, people in and out slamming doors. Toilet doesn`t flush. The room is like an oven absolutely melting with no window for air. Wifi good. Tv good. Couldn`t sleep very well due to noise and heat.

The hotel was off a public coffee shop. The room was so tiny and in the basement with no windows. We booked for a twin but my friend and I had to sleep together in a small double bed. No space to even walk around the bed

"Room not as depicted on website. Noises air con on all night. Unhelpful receptionist with attitude"
Can`t walk arround the bed the room is so small. No window as seem to be in a basement. Air conditioning very noisy all night. No remote for TV but TV on when we arrived so unable to turn off.unable to open save. Receptionist said we hadn`t paid when we have paid through you. Although she eventually agreed it was paid she became quite agresive and unhelpful. We went with a 4 star Besr Western hotel expecting what we have had in the past. This was a big mistake.

"Cheap and a little bit nasty "
The hotel was situated on a very rough street, I felt very intimated with my two children, staff kept me waiting to be served whilst serving someone else and didn`t even give me eye contact. The reception was in the same area and counter which looked very unprofessional. The room was dirty, the bedding had a stain on it of a tea cup. The curtains didn`t shut as they were broken and we had to as for another key card as we had only been given one to put the lights on and we had a family room so my sons adjoining room had no power. The bathroom was so small if u sat on the toilet u burnt your arm on the radiator. The toilet roll holder was handing off and was covered in dust, the shower was dirty and the shower head was covered in lime scale. I would never stay here again
