Rooms were excellent, staff friendly and very helpful, we really enjoyed our 3-night stay!
"Hotel was mainly very clean, but the bathroom floor was sticky and the room hadn`t been vacuumed."
Apart from above, everything was very good, staff were very polite & efficient... breakfast was good. We would go back
"Very comfortable. Restaurant was excellent."
"Just what we needed👍"
Clean comfy rooms and beds, decent food and friendly service. Would definitely come again.
Nothing was too much trouble. Little disappointed that swimming lessons took over the pool so we couldn`t use it but no buggy
"Good hotel for the price!"
We found the hotel to meet all our needs, the reception / bar area are beautiful! The rooms are functional but not as well maintained as the reception areas! The service from staff is faultless!
"Nice staff, clean room with all the basics"
A good stay, Crown Pub in the lobby served decent bar food. It is a fair walk to the tube and isn`t that central (about 40 mins to theatre) so worth bearing in mind for timings.
"hotel completely lived up to expectations"
The room was very comfortable well equipped and quiet. The hotel public amenities` were generally good. During our the 3 night stay, we had one breakfast which was good, with a range of cooked and continental choices. We also dined in the Pan Asian restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal. The only other choice for evening dining was from the bar menu, as there was no other option available, this may be a minus point if guests intend to eat every evening in the hotel. We also had a `cream tea, which was excellent! The biggest plus for this hotel is the outstanding staff, who were helpful, friendly and very considerate in attending to all our needs.
"Lovely hotel, great lobby, not a great welcome . Expensive.good location for transport."
Lovely hotel , shame didn`t take swim wear . Booked this due to car parking but wish I had just paid for 24 hour parking close to a hotel near the theatres. So much time wasted navigating the transport in and out of the city centre, and especially when only there overnight . Our room huge and stylish , bathroom also huge and stylish. Definitely recommend if staying out of the city.

Luxury hotel situated a few miles from the west end, loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would def come back and stay here again.
