"Rooms with baths and easy to get onto wifi!"

My single room was a decent size, with a lovely big bathroom (with bath as I don`t like showers). The wifi was easy to connect to, bed was comfortable, the aircon can be switched off at the push of a button (instead of taking an hour to figure out at other hotels). Breakfast was great - no queues just a civilised relaxing ambiance! Staff genuine and friendly - I cannot rate this hotel enough and I shall be returning!

General hotel very nice , food great and staff lovely and very helpful Disappointed in our room , bathroom felt old and tired with stained sealant around the bath and shower , did tell them as we left we felt the room was disappointing and offered upgrade next time we stay

"Lovely hotel fabulous architecture "

Room was a bit Small and the bathroom was tiny. Anyone who was either disabled or overweight would have struggled in the bathroom. Breakfast was really nice quality food and the variety was good. Service was excellent couldn`t fault the staff. We did have an extra visitor in the room, which appeared from behind the wardrobe in the form of a mouse. I reported it to reception who were going to deal with it. But there didn`t seem any urgency about it, he did apologise but that was all. If I had seen it the night before I would have asked to be moved.

"some slight issues with room 727"

Room was "just" a double. The bed had one side against the wall so the inside person had to climb over to get to their side and then couldn`t see the tv. We had to move the bed and some other furniture to make things more useable. The mattress was too soft in the middle so we both rolled towards the middle .All other aspects were v good including a breakfast buffet where although we had booked continental this did not matter as we could have had a full english.Staff were wonderful.

Very comfortable beds, tube station just around the corner, helpful & friendly staff and love the architecture of the hotel. Only downside was the queue for a table at breakfast on a Saturday and Sunday as it would appear that everyone wants to eat around 9am! Having said that it would not put me off staying again.

Arrived at hotel 08/03/14 to celebrate 60th birthday. Room nice, but on way out to go to theatre found we had no curtains. Reception busy so my son rang the hotel to ask for curtains to be sorted. Arrived back at hotel 23.30hrs to find no curtains in room. Very restless night as you could see all other lights on in hotel and day light at 6am. Informed hotel next morning, they said would look into it and took my Email address. Have had no contact from hotel?
