"Too hot !!"
Hotel too hot, poor ventilation. The room came with an old noisy oscillating fan that was no use. Because if `safety ` reasons the window only open a crack and not enough to allow proper ventilation. When asked we were told that there weren`t any more fans available. Very uncomfortable sleepless nights were had. The room had no drawers to put clothes in so we had to leave clothing spread out on a spare bed. Other than the management and the reception staff the staff seemed friendly enough. The hotties too far from the Wedt end.

Hotel is a bit far, but is very accessible via public transport. Room is clean and the size is adequate. Staff is very friendly. Just be aware that the post code doesn`t correspondent with the actual address.

"Basic and clean"
The room we were given was quite small with a very small bathroom with no bath only a shower cubicle. There was no air conditioning in the room or public areas and the temperature outside was 28c so trying to sleep was out of rhe question as on the fifth floor the windows only open an inch and there was no air. Both mornings the breakfast was a let down, I had to ask for cutlery, plates and even food which just hadn`t been replaced. My husband couldn`t even get a cup of tea as there was no milk after 10 mins after asking twice. There didn`t seem to be any staff to help and we along with others kept asking the reception staff who did their best to help

"Clean and comfortable "
The rooms are just what you`d expect- clean and comfy. Decent breakfast for the price and although you`re next to the DLR you can`t hear it.

The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or efficient. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only improvement would be a small bedside table for a drink and a pair of spectacles. The breakfast was also very good, we didn`t sample an evening meal.
