"Foul smell from drains throughout room and bathroom. "
Room was dirty, bathroom disgusting. Drainhole was just that, a hole and no plug. Bath taps covered in limescale. Tv hanging off wall and do not work at all.

"Very basic but adequate for a short stay"
Small room, tiny en-suite, no lift to the room, noisy at the front from traffic, and very expensive for wi-fi! Beds comfortable, breakfast reasonable for the price of the room, and very well placed with shops, restaurants, buses etc within a few minutes walk. Expect no frills, but for a few nights it is fine. We were satisfied.

"basic accommodation"
Unfortunately we were in a annexe up five flights of stairs with no lift and no help with our suitcases. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hotel is tired and I hesitate to say it was dirty just the edges and corners need attention. The beds were comfy the shower was great and its just five minutes from the tube, really good restaurants close by.

" Avoid Room 309"
The "Bathroom" was built from the understairs cupboard, very narrow and claustrophobic. The beds were quite hard (not too comfy), one pillow missing. The room had a street view which was good. Clean all round. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, the coffee urn was not hot enough. It is hard to say if other rooms are better or worse. Would we stay there again? Maybe if the price is right. No where to hang the towels

"You get what you pay for"
A cheap hotel in a great location, if you want somewhere to use as a base only then this will be perfect. cheap with no frills, staff helpful, breakfast was fine to start the day. Local church 2 streets away will park your car for £15 per day, cheaper than anything else around. 10 min walk to the lovely Kensington gardens. Only downside is it is quiet noisey so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue here

"Great sleep"
Split site a bit restrictive but ok. Orange squash rather than juice a disappointment at breakfast. Else,,old but clean and definitely kept fit with the stairs!
