"poor breakfast and cold showers"
Lovely hotel and friendly staff but there was no hot water for a shower in the morning and breakfast was very poor, no toaster and Luke warm eggs and small sausages. The pastries and bread were also stale so we had to eat elsewhere.

"Very helpful staff"
An annoying beep could be heard in our originally assigned room which was very uncomfortable. Luckily we were able to change our room within minutes thanks to the very nice staff. The new room unfortunately wasn`t as well equipped and newly furnished but at least quiet. Also really loved the breakfast-in-bed option which we used 2/3 times. Simple but tasty breakfast.

" Our room 606 was clean but poor. Unsafe for young children in particular! "
No air con. Queen Bed, comfy, but made room too small so not able to open, see through frosted glass, bathroom door fully(very small bathroom).Had to keep large window open but as it was so low it would have had to stay closed if children had been in the room as they could literally have fallen out . Lift broke down while we were staying, but was repaired quickly. It was the smallest lift i have ever been in. Staff friendly, hotel clean, usual light breakfast, ok.Breakfast staff very helpful too. Won`t go there again though.
