"Super little hotel hidden behind the Newlands Cross overpass."
Ideal Location for Luas or a car hop into Dublin, friendly & helpful staff. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent idea to have vending machines on each floor to pick up a bottle of water or a snack, even a plug converter for our US & European visitors. It would really be 10/10 if the machine could dispense a toothbrush as well .

"great staff ok rooms"
Firstly thank you so much to Percy who made the party such a fantastic and memorable experience. There was a mix up/double booking with the room booked for the party however Casa(I hope I spelt it correctly) was very helpful and fixed it straight away. The rooms were spacious however the lighting was appalling and there weren`t any mirror`s or enough light so that us girls could sit down n get ready. Overall it was the staff that made the stay

This hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly, Spotlessly clean hotel and the whole hotel is nice and warm. Our room was big and spacious and has everything that you will need. Breakfast was Amazing. New road layout is fine just takes a little getting used to. ______________ Joels Restaurant ______________ Food was fantastic......and there was lots of it too. The overall stay was excellent as always, with polite, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms and good food. Would recommend the hotel to anybody wishing to stay in a good quality hotel away from the city centre.

After having difficulty finding the hotel my girlfriend and myself were amazed with the hotel cleanliness, kindness of the staff and all for such a cheap price. Absolutely amazed by it. If I could Gove it a star rating it would be an easy ******.

I didn`t get a wink of sleep the bed was like 2 single beds zipped together so uncomfortable and very hard I was looking forward to get back to my own bed also there was a lot of trouble on our floor people fighting half the night my back is very sore from the bed very disappointed

"Lack of air circulation"
The only problem we had was the rooms were a bit stuffy and the corridors smelt of smoke the windows in the room only opened slightly and the fan helped a bit a bus to the tram from the hotel would have been nice if it ran after 9am apart from those small details a lovely hotel and great value for money

Stayed 5 x nights - great week Did not realise Hotel had won award but remarked several times to others how really nice the atmosphere in hotel was and how great the staff were - all of them - Management as well - Best food, Wifi, parking, location - everything worked - so overall great experience !!!!!

Staff in Hotel were excellent. Friendly and helpful...Would definitely stay again...Ideal for shopping, free car parking,only 10 min walk to Luas, and on Luas for just 20 mins.

everything was great, we had booked two single beds but they put us in a double room,l rang down to the front desk and explane to them what we had booked there was no problem they sented someone up to the room with another key and helped us to another room. hotel was clean,breakfast was lovely and you got plenty of it,we ate in bar the first night and it was loverly as well, staff all very freindly,would stay here again

"My problem is not with the hotel. It is with Hotels DIrect."
I made the booking at the last minute as my husband, 35, had a massive stroke and needs to start chemotherapy. The hospital cancelled at the last minute so I called Hotels Direct, in England to cancel the booking and reschedule it to later in the week. You refused to cancel the booking and I was forced to forfeit the money paid on the room. I am very unhappy with the service especially as I was going to book again later in the week. Be assured I, or my friends and family who will hear an out this experience will not use your company again.

The chef is first class with a good attention to detail, from breakfast through to dinner. The hotel is outside Dublin and is beside a main road, but is a good stopping off point if you do not want to enter the city.

"Represented good value for money"
There was some noise from the disco otherwise a calm evening in good clean accommodation. The breakfast was superb. I stayed at five star hotels which have not provided the same quality and variety for breakfast

This hotel was ideal for me as I was visiting family in Clondalkin. However, if you wanted to visit Dublin and be near to the city centre it would not be the best hotel. It is about 7 or 8 miles from the centre and if you didn`t have a car you would have to hire taxis or travel by the Luas tram system.

"Well presented, clean and tidy"
We booked this hotel as it was in close proximity to relatives that we were visiting. We chose well, the hotel was clean and tidy, good service provided. Only downside was that we had trouble with the keycards on more than one occasion. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Dublin.

booked a triple room for an overnight stay in Dublin for a birthday arrived to 3 single beds a spacious room plenty of things in the room extra pillows iron and ironing board hair dryer etc 10 minute walk to the Luas with access to the city centre great restaurant beside the hotel and there is a garage aswell! would recommend to all!!

Comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff, good food, busy main road adjacent so glad I didn`t have a front facing room. A shuttle bus from/to the airport would have been helpful. Not very good for travelers without a car, as rail a long walk and bus not too close.
