"Hugely convenient. Great Staff a little tired in places."
Stayed for a couple of nights, great location. The staff were very nice and helpful. Problems with heat in the room, too hot as previous room occupant left on the storage heaters. Some bits were a bit tired and no kitchen towels so had to use bath towels. Overall will definately use again in down in London with the family.

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, clean, close tube ride to the centre of London. Brilliant value for money. Me and the girls would definately stay again.

"Very clean, warm and comfortable"
This hotel was easy to get to, on the train and underground routes. It was perfect for a weekend stay. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which I am sure we could have borrowed if we asked.

Wouldn`t have said that the apartments were of 4* quality, but the apartments were lovely and spacious, much better than the usual cramped hotel rooms I have stayed in. Would definetly stay there again. Good value for money.

The reception team are very helpful and friendly but the hotel was a bit of a let down: everything was clean and tidy and the bathroom was a good size. The bedroom however was very small and the lounge area just felt stark. Easy access to central London but kilburn`s not the best area!
