"Highly recommended"

Having stayed here, I found the staff extremely courteous. The level of cleanliness is outstanding and extra towels are easily available on request. (I`m a shower addict!) Speaking of showers, they are of the highest quality and are very roomy. All in all, a very relaxed atmosphere and I would certainly look out for an Ibis hotel again on my travels.

After reading previous reviews about this hotel especially the one about it being cheap & nasty we still booked three nights therand paid for two as offered.. The hotel is well placed for the city easy to find and very clean, The staf are very friendly and welcoming. We have used Ibis hotels in the past and although this is not the most luxurious it was excellent value for money. The bathroom units were very modern and quirky and shower was fab would definately recommend this Ibis as well worth the money..

"CHEAP"

Hotel is very convenient for city centre. It has only been open for a few weeks so everything is new, however the rooms are small and plastic - the shower room is a `portaloo` style `kiosk` in the corner of the bedroom. The Hotel oozes `cheap`. In a few months time this will inevitably change to `cheap and nasty`. Staff are helpful and are friendly if you smile at them! Breakfast is in the reception area (there is no separate restaurant) which is cold, so wear a couple of thick jumpers. The food is pooerest quality and very little choice. We were aware that this is a budget hotel and have stayed in other budget hotels in the past, but we wouldn`t return to an IBIS.

"reception staff were excellent .very friendly and warm."

i have two complaints however .....first of all i think there should be certain rooms allocated to smokers and i personally did not sleep very well on account of the noise from the street and in the hallways later on . i think the windows must be of inferior quality as we were kept awake by people coming from the pubs that surround the hotel .i would stay there again because of its centrality but will ask for a different room the next time or wear ear plugs

"Clean, Comfortable and right in the centre of a very lively, friendly city"

Hotel is bang slap in the centre of the city and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Would definitely stay there again.

"Ibis, Belfast city centre"

On checking in to the hotel, although I had specifically booked a twin room, I was told they could only provide me with a double room, which was rather inconvenient for my friend and I. There was also some confusion regarding payment as I had booked through Hotel Direct, rather than the hotel itself, and the receptionist did not know whether payment had been received. The room itself was very clean and well presented, although on two occasions my friend and I arrived back at our room after 5pm to find hotel staff preparing our room with fresh towels, etc, which seemed rather late and was a little disruptive. Despite these small issues, the hotel is in a great location, and was well priced.

"Couldn`t ask for more, considering how reasonabley priced!"

Excellent standard of service provided, rooms were lovely. We requested one room for 3 and were given 2 rooms with an ajoining door which was perfect since we then had 2 showers! Flat screen TVs with freeview. Hotel staff were very accomodating and able to point us in the right direction for a good night out in Belfast. 24 hour bar was a treat! keep up the high standard. Would be happy to return.
