"Extremely welcoming and helpful"
Had two nights stay here for my partners 40th on arrival we were welcomed with a well needed glass of juice, our check in was quick and easy and we were treated to a chocolate cake delivered to the room for my partners birthday! Couldn`t fault the room or the breakfast! Certainly will stay again!

"Restaurant staff amazing - very helpful and cheerful"
Housekeeping staff very polite, but didn`t find one that spoke English, so they couldn`t understand what I was asking for. When lady did come to room with extra bits, she didn`t touch bed or empty two full bins. Maybe I just encountered a trainee but when paying so much for room, would expect room cleaning etc. every day.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were very attentive. The room was really nice and the bed was comfy. Dinner was a little pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a lovely weekend we decided to spoil ourselves. Breakfast was also very nice with a very good choice of food.

Ideally located for a London break in walking distance if the London Eye and its not too far from the theatre quarter either. Lovely room and very quiet no traffic noise which is always a plus in the capital
