"Good city centre position"

Helpful staff, comfy bed, lovely shower but room 311 very very noisy as there is a pub outside. A safe would have been useful. Good breakfast at Queen of Tarts round the corner.

"ALL YOU NEED"

This hotel is excellent value for money. Round the corner to Temple Bar and walkable to most of the sights. It is very clean and well kept. Our most pleasing feature though was the staff, extremely pleasant and more than helpful. Very good breakfast too.

Lovely hotel, warm welcoming, own bar and nightclub. Nice, spacious clean rooms. Its the location we loved, couple of minutes walking distance to dublin castle, christchurch cathedral, on door step for loads of pubs, restaurants, try the greek round the corner its lovely and staff are wonderful or Darkey Kellys by the cathedral for a guinness and some irish music. we would deffo recommend it and stay again.

"excellent hotel, "

we loved the hotel the facilities, staff, the rooms, location, generally fantastic BUT the only thing that lets it down is the noise from the late bar opposite called the checz inn which finishes at 3 a.m , but there is people outside smoking , laughing, shouting right up to that time, if they invested in some double glazing or something to drown out the sound would benefit the hotel extremely, but apart from that we loved it.

"Great Hotel"

Another excellent stay at the Paramount. Lovely warm rooms. Very clean. We were on the 1st floor and it an be noisy because of surrounding pubs and passing traffic but we knew this from the last time we were there. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Will be back.

Slightly noisey in room of a night due to bar downstairs & heating was left on full when we arrived so was far too hot! Otherwise a pleasent stay.

"Excellent hotel- beware of the noise!"

Overall, had a great stay in the Paramount hotel, impressed with our room and the whole hotel. However, being on floor 1 was not ideal. We were above the Turks Head, which had loud music (to be expected in Temple Bar I know, but the bass on this music was awful). However, would still recommend this hotel. We had a lovely time.

"Very comfy room, good breakfast & bar meals, Pleasant and helpful staff but the street noise!!!!!!!"

Make sure you book a room at the rear of the building on a high floor but still take your earplugs because the vibrant nightlife goes on until after 3:00am. Even so, a brilliant place to stay and Caroline ( the boss !! ) really looked after us.

"Very convenient location for all the major attractions."

Reception staff were helpful and prepared to make outings for us by phone and internet. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Since the hotel is situated on the edge of the Temple Bar area, it was fairly quiet outside at night. We would stay there again. The Temple Bar area is great for food and pub entertainment.

"Good Location, Good Breakfast"

If you`re looking for somewhere near Temple Bar to stay at a reasoble price and a decent breakfast, give this hotel a try. The rooms were decent enough with everything you needed and staff were friendly and helpful. We were on the side near the bars and although my mate was woken by the revellers from the Czech bar over the road leaving at 3.00 am, I never heard a thing. The breakfast room turns into a nightclub at night which is a bit weird the next morning but id didn`t disturb any sleeping, but that may have been the Guinness.

Staff were very helpful. Lighting throughout the hotel was good for romantics but not good if your trying to work on business. All the lights seemed to be on half power!!

"Not the hotel to go to if you want a quiet night but good service and well positioned "

We went to Dublin for a birthday weekend and so weren`t planning on having early nights, which was a good job as the hotel has a livelybar/club next door and if you are on the first floor, like we were, it could be rather noisey (club closes around 2.30am). However, the hotel itself was clean and tidy, service was good and our package included breakfast which was full Irish and/or continental and was excellent. Hotel is well positioned, within walking distance of main bars in Temple bar (5/10mins) and Dublin centre itself (15mins). Dublin is a great city to visit.

"excellent hotel, "

I have stayed at hotels all over the world and I would rate the Paramount amongst the top few, for a hotel in Irelands capital, `Dublin`, and to be so near to "Temple Bar", the night life centre it is definately good value with excellent service.
