"This hotel is comfortable, clean, and friendly!!"
This is my second time at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and clean as are the beds, I didn`t want to get up!! There`s everything here, I think any guest requires for their stay. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of choice, and the staff here are very, very friendly, and can`t do enough to help with patrons needs. The only (small) thing that was omitted from the room, was the heating!! It was bitterly cold, and no heating was on. To be fair though, the room wasn`t too bad, and soon warmed up after the radiator was turned on. I suppose some people don`t like their rooms too warm, so this was just personal to me. I`d definately stay here again, and would reccommend it to others.

"Ideal for central Birmingham"
Very friendly staff from reception to restaurant and recommend the Maylaysian menu. Room very clean.Only one minor thing, the heating/hot water pipes expanding in the early morning woke me rather sooner than I would have liked.

This hotel is a great central location. If you go for breakfast you might be disappointed as it costs over £8.00 each and when we were there all the hot food was empty. If you had over 30 minutes to sit and wait they were being refilled. On the plus side you could go to the shopping centre 2 minutes away and get a full cooked breakfast for £4.00

This is about our 4th visit to the Copthorne Hotel my husband and I like it very much,It is so well situated for visiting Symphony Hall just a short stroll away also for the town Hall.Onsite car parking at the hotel also.the Manager and staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble.He has a wonderful Team of staff.The hotel and rooms are kept so clean.Food is also very good. My husband and I have stayed at many hotels in Birmingham.But Copthorne is the Best.

Good:The room was clean, very quiet, so peaceful and undisturbed sleep. service pleasant, great fruit at breakfast. Not so good: rubber pillows, fixed head shower, waited 15 minutes for kippers and they were stale and greasy. Wifi disconnects all the while and costs £5.00 Convenient parking , good situation near town centre

Excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times but on all occasions the service at breakfast is extremely slow.

"Everything you could want !"
A party of 12 of us stayed here and we really couldn`t fault the place! Check-in was fast and we were delighted with our rooms; big comfy bed in a spacious room with a nice clean bathroom. Great position right by the Symphony Hall. Though it was a Saturday night there was no noise from road or indeed from neighbouring rooms. Great buffet breakfast that you would pay extra for in most hotels. At £67 per rm including that lovely breakfast I think it was an absolute bargain and I would definitely recommend it for a comfy city break.

"Shouldn`t be 4 star"
Our room was dirty, the extractor in the bathroom didn`t work, radiator didn`t work, bathroom had mould on the walls . . .
