"Very nice Hotel"

We had a very pleasant stay at the Eiffel Tower Hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful, our room was very good & the Buffet Breakfast was excellent including the fantastic strong coffee & wonderfu french sticks. The hotel is ideally situated for the Eiffel Tower & Seine River etc but on a fairly quite street. We would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again on any future visits to Paris.

"Excellent t Hotel customer service"

We`ve been to many Parisienne hotels, without doubt, Hotel Eiffel is the most courteous, value for money, superbly located hotel we have stayed in. For the first time we will probably go back to the same hotel for our next long weekend away

Excellent room and great service on arrival. Service later a little wanting at times. Breakfast can be a little `manic` with restricted space for guest numbers and food replacement `patchy`. Overall it suited us fine.

"Though things were less than perfect , this hotel suited our purpose for our 3 nights in paris."

The hotel was comfortable and had easy access to 72 bus route into the centre of Paris. We made good use of this . The advertised " free WiFi " was not easy to access and, if possible , only for a spell of 4 minutes at a time . Breakfast options were satisfactory but at peak times guests were left waiting for a table or for food to be replenished . Since our flight home was not until night time we kept a room on for an extra 4 hours and were charged ?90 !! A bit excessive we thought !! Some staff very friendly and helpful - some not perhaps through having too much to do .

"Close to the Eiffel Tower"

A little tired in places the soft furnishings in the breakfast room could do with a clean , staff very friendly though and the bedroom was comfortable wouldn`t say it was 4 star but we slept well, we prefer to stay near St Michel so for us a little out of the way but that`s personal preference just meant a tube ride.

"Very good hotel with excellent staff"

Our room (large by Paris standards, comfortable and spotlessly clean), the breakfast (fresh, varied & plentiful) and the superb staff were extremely good - nothing was too much trouble for them and most were able to speak English. We hadn`t realised they were associated with St James & Albany, where we`d stayed 3 years ago, which is also 4*. However, although this hotel was very good, we didn`t feel it was quite as high a standard as the sister hotel but the room rate was less, so that may reflect this. The small problem for us was that the nearest Metro stations, although OK for most guests, were a little inconvenient for my husband as he has difficulties with walking and we`d prefer to stay nearer the Metro line next time. Nevertheless, we`d certainly recommend this hotel.

Although only about 15min walk to Eiffel Tower its a bit remote from many other tourist attractions.

"Hotel was nice, 10 min walk to metro, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Good local cafes`."

Only comment was that no one informed us there was a hot breakfast available as this was hidden in corner of Dining area under small hot plate. Also plug in bath was jammed although to be fair we did not report this as we usually just have showers anyway. Room was large and was cleaned daily. Good quiet area and no noise at night. Would use again.

"Good value hotel"

Good quality hotel with excellent choice at breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and the staff very helpful. Only concern was that we asked the hotel to order a taxi to go to Gareth du Nord and there was already 16 euros on the clock when we got in. The fare was double that of the incoming journey.

Lovely hotel hidden in a great location. Eifel tower an easy walk, transport links to all tourist attractions on the doorstep. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the superior delux room had an added balcony. Highly recommended.

Although very comfortable a bit more storage would be an advantage - 5 coat hangers and one shelf were not enough , a small chest of drawers would have made all the difference ! Even so great value for money and some really great local restaurants that make the place exeptional

"Great location, clean hotel rooms, breakfast was slightly disappointing "

Hotel rooms were clean but basic, no tea/coffee facilities. close walk to train and metro stations and even to the Eiffel tower great! I would say only disappointment was the breakfast, he hit breakfast consisted of couple sausages, dried out egg and bacon, however there was also pastries, and fruit available an plenty of tea and coffee! After observing other hotels in the centre of Paris ours was perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle we had a lovely five day stay at this hotel! Would highly recommend!

"Good Location"

Situated in a good location close to the Tower. Hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Plenty of cafe/restaurants nearby, 15 mins walk from tower. Within easy reach of bus/rail services. Would stay again.

"Excellent place to stay for visiting Paris. Very good service and staff. Child friendly."

The walk from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower is itself an attraction. It took us a lot less than 20 minutes. The Alle des Cygnes is most attractive, a hidden gem with the Seine on both sides. Plenty of good and reasonably priced restaurants in easy walking distance of the hotel. The accommodation for the children was also very good, in effect a family suite. I would recommend it any time for a personal or family stay.

"Friendly welcome"

"The hotel was most welcoming, clean, neat and tidy. Rooms great and breakfast good."

Great place to stay, just five minutes walk from the Metro. The hotel had been modernised to give it the feel of a `boutique` type of establishment. Would definitely stay there again, especially seeing the great deal we had from HotelDirect.

"Comfortable and modern Hotel"

A good choice for being near the centre of Paris, close to the station and all transport links. The staff were very friendly and efficient, with amenities close by. Would recommend, as the price was also favourable and our deal included breakfast which many hotels did not include.

Would recommend this hotel as it is in a quiet street and near to the Eiffel Tower (walking distance) and nearby attractions. Hotel staff very helpful.

"Good quality hotel"

The hotel was nice and the staff were really nice. The downside is that there were two single beds rather than one kingsize in the room. Also, the internet was strange as I had tio continually log in when I wanted to use it rather than having to do it just the once. The hot buffet is ok - nothing to write home about but did suffice. All in all, I would be happy to stay there again but will admit that I will search fro another hotel when I visit Paris next (got to mix it up).
