"Great hotel in great locatiobn"
The hotel was so convenient for so many sights in London, particularly the theatre where we had booked the show. We were very well looked after and the area around the hotel was very nice. Had a great couple of days in London thanks to the great hotel and theatre show.

"Great Room Upgrade, Fantastic Breakfast!"
We checked in later than 2pm only to find that our room was not ready at 3.45pm. Not a problem, we went to the bar, ordered drinks and were then told by the charming receptionist that our upgraded room was now ready, fantastic! We were staying overnight because we it was an `anniversary` night, local restaurant already booked. The main bar and seating area, to be honest, was a little tired and could do with refurbishing, just like the process that the lifts and rooms have gone through already. Staff were all great, in need of a bit of customer service training but their personalities shone through and overcame this issue. My wife and I would stay again at the xxxxx Mayfair. Stayed here just the one night , lovely hotel, room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean, and had everything we needed, tea/coffee making facilities,TV,Hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful , as was the manager when told him we were celebrating my husbands birthday a complementary bottle of wine,birthday card, and some cake and chocolates were sent to our room . The location of the hotel is good 5-10 minute walk to Piccadilly and a few minutes from Green Park tube station, so have to say enjoyable stay

"Wonderful time "
Its was my daughters 21st birthday treat and we could not fault the xxxxx. Staff are wonderful, very attentive and efficient, especially Ben , the concierge. Room perfect, clean,modern,air conditioner worked a treat on the hot nights. Breakfast lovely, great choice from meats and cheese to full English. Would gladly recommend to family and friends. Fantastic location too

"Bedroom was extremely small.."
We had a very pleasant stay at the Mayfair Hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The service was excellent and the breakfast choice was excellent. The only criticism was that our room was quite small. Only a 4 foot bed and you still could not fully open the wardrobe.

This hotel is in an excellent location for walking through the London Parks, Buckingham palace & the west end theaters.apart from a taxi to the train station we walked every where. Hotel rooms were good & the breakfast choice was good, with excellent service.I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my friend for the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The location is a few minutes from Green Park so very central for sight seeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. Would definitely go back.

On arrival not all rooms were ready but not a problem for us we made do , the rooms were decorated beautifully , the beds were so comfy!!! the shower was fab breakfast was great ! no complaints here at all and staff were very friendly on check in , we all would 100% stay here again .

A friend of mine and I booked into this hotel because we wanted somewhere nice to lay our heads when we came back from a 2 day course. And we were really pleased that we had chosen this hotel. I love the atmosphere that eminates from the lobby and checkin area - the various pieces of art dotted around were really lovely - and were the main contributing factor to a great atmosphere. AND were given an upgrade! So we had a fantastic room, a lovely evening meal and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful ... just the right place to come to for our weekend away.

Although there was work being done to the hotel it had no impact on our stay. When we arrived, we were upgraded. Very comfortable bed - slept well. Breakfast was good. Booked through Hotel Direct - all went really smoothly.

"Lovely Hotel Excellent Staff"
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpfull, nothing was too much trouble, and they helped make our stay memorable. Will certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, and even if there was some maintenence work going on at the time it didnt bother us at all. The rooms were fine, if slightly on the small side, but very clean with lovely towels in the bathroom and robes (only one) but sure if we had asked for a second one it would have been no trouble for them. We will be sure to return.
