"Close to City Center & London Eye"

A lovely hotel enhanced by the can-do attitude of the staff who are both friendly and helpful very good value for money for a central London Hotel certainly a 4*+ hotel, comfortable rooms with a superb breakfast although you need to go down as early as you can as the restaurant gets very busy after 08:30

Great experience here good value. All amenities spotless and services excellent, staff being polite, attentive and knowledgeable.Food quality superb.One minute problem the bar waitress served one round of four drinks in two trips with at least 10 minutes in between. Will recommend to friends and family.

"Awesome Hotel and Scrummy Breakfast"

Incredibly friendly staff, great location - just a ten minute walk from the Victoria Apollo Theatre. Great room and the best breakfast I have had in a LONG time! Would definitely stay there again.

"Excellent hotel - modern, comfortable and spacious room as well as friendly helpful staff."

This is an excellent hotel and a good base for seeing London. As indicated, the room standard is good and we found the breakfast set us up for the day nicely. the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a convenient Pizza Express around corner for budget meals. While it`s not on top of a tube station, there is one about 10 minute stroll away plus even closer bus routes with a good service. This means that the hotel is in a nice quiet location. Finally Tate Britain is close by for art lovers.

"Really great hotel and great service! Quiet area, but yet central."

As you have a policy of NOT wasting and thinking of the environment, then WHY, after hanging up our towels to re-use, did we still get fresh towels daily?! What a waste!

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful (except bar staff in first floor bar!), Hotel very clean, room good, but decor a bit too `Ikea` to be classed as 4 star. Breakfast, lots of choice and very good quality. Only negative was not enough tea/coffee making ingredients, had to ask twice for more coffee/tea/sugar and milk, and only milk was supplied! Overall had a great stay, thanks.

Not as luxurious as when it was Mint, but still very comfortable. We were allocated a room right by the air con from the gym - v. noisy. Transfer arranged with no problem, staff very helpful.

"excellent reception staff and breakfast"

the staff we dealth with were very accomodating and pleasant. the breakfast was exceptional. We did think the room was basic for a deluxe. Bathroom dated. We would had preferred a tv not an imac which was tempremetnal when viewing tv as the signal wasn`t reliable. it was also very small. Wouldn`t stay for more than an overnight visit. We stayed on a secret hotel deal - wouldn`t have thought the room was worth anymore than the price we paid. Infact we did think it was overpriced - very similar to premier inn.

"Customer service superb"

We had a very average meal in the restaurant. Waited ages then the food was tired and overcooked but not hot. Didn`t send it back as it would`ve taken too long. However the food manager sought us out the next day, apologised and waived the cost of the meal. Couldn`t ask for better than that. Staff excellent in general.

Apart from being a little distance from the tube, everything about the hotel is excellent, but there was a mix up with the room. We booked a twin, they gave us a double. So they moved us - to another double. It may have just been a bad day for the hotel?

"very polite staff very clean and the beds very comfy"

Breakfast was the spoiling factor, cold uninteresting and the staff clearing away the plates before the cutlery had been put down. we left early and sadly stopped off at mac donalds.

Cannot fault the rooms and the customer service but what let the hotel down is breakfast. We initially went down for breakfast at 9 am to be confronted with a queue of at least 50+ people still waiting to be seated, we tried again a couple more times to be confronted with the same problem we then gave up and checked out early to get breakfast elsewhere. On checking out we were asked about our stay to which we replied about our breakfast issue, to be then told, unfortunately this is something that happens all the time.........if this is the case, should the hotel not be addressing this issue!!!!

"Quiet, well positioned hotel with excellent staff."

Although the bathroom is small, it is functional, very clean with good quality products. The bedroom was adequately spacious with purpose built fixtures and fitting, the bed being really comfortable. The only negative was that we did not find the tea / coffee making tray until we were ready to check out - perhaps a note on the drawer might be a good idea. The staff were courteous and very efficient in all areas that we used, the concierge staff especially, being always extremely friendly and professional when helping us.

"Love Your Hotel!"

Thank you for a super stay - I came for the first time in Aug, and loved it so much that I came back again in Sept, and I am sure will be back before Christmas. "Perfect!"

The hotel was lovely, very clean and modern. Absolute gem, perfect for what we wanted. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the warm cookie on arrival was just amazing.

"fabulous staff!"

Stayed over the bank hol weekend with husband and three year old son. Great location, staff were especially lovely with my son. Glad we chose this hotel as it couldn`t have been better for location but also quiet and relaxing. Thanks for a fab bank hol.

"Excellent hotel and staff very helpful"

We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Location close to the tube (10 min walk) and close to Westminster Abbey, House of Commons, Big Ben (15 min walk) Excellent hotel, very clean, rooms nice and staff are very helpful. Breakfast excellent, plenty to choose from. Camden market is a must on a saturday and the bus stop (no 88) is close to the hotel. Bus tours of the city are also just around the corner. Brillient weekend.Recommend hotel.

"A fabulous stay"

Check-in was smooth and the trainee receptionist was excellent. Service for breakfast was good and the staff pleasant and helpful. Getting round London was easy - a good location for sight seeing and theatres.

A very good hotel, modern and good position. Everything you need, clean and modern bar. 24 hour food available and room service. Friendly and polite staff. Breakfast good.

"Good value, great location."

We stayed at this hotel for one night , along with a Theatre booking. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is clean, contemporary and in a good location. I would happily stay here again.
