Lovely park and central location. Modern and efficient reception. Room refurbishment well thought through except for pillar down side of bed (ouch!). Minimalist approach to basics - one pillow each, two hand towel size mains, one hand towel, two milk sachets and tea bags etc. lovy bed but very uncomfortable, coarse duvet cover. Noisy room opposite 5th floor lift. But cheap and we located. Free continental breakfast a bonus. Thank you

This hotel is a little gem, the location is perfect, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I have just enjoyed my second stay in this hotel and am looking forward to my next stay.

"Very comfortable and clean, excellent value for money and some nice design touches."
We had a sixth-floor under the eaves, which could have been cramped but the space was well used. There were some thoughtful design touches, like USB charging sockets and a net curtain as well as a blackout blind across the skylight. The bed was comfortable and firm but a little high for anyone below average height. The staff were helpful and because building work was being carried out we were given a complementary breakfast in the nearby pub. We were able to leave our luggage for free, and within sight of reception.

"Great Location for all theatres - only 15 mins walk to Convent Garden."
Really clean, nice, modern hotel although our room had hardly any daylight with no view whatsoever. We stayed Friday til Monday and were not amused to be awakened at 5.45am on the Monday by the constant banging of the building works. However, the free breakfast was great and much appreciated.

"Rude staff...unfortunate for another wise nice place."
The location is great. The rooms are set out well. However, the air conditioner I our room was broken and didn`t get fixed in a 48 hour stay. One stay member, Christine, abused us for asking that it be fixed. Would never stay there again while that staff member worked there. If that behavior is condoned by the ORGANISATION, we`d never stay at any of there hotels again.

Very good hotel, nice and quiet location. Lovey decorated rooms, nice furniture, nice bathroom. Hotel not finished yet, work ongoing. The breakfast was poor (but free), understandable due to the circumstances. Suppose this will be better when the hotel is finished. Missed a small refrigerator and and safe in the room. But overall a VERY NICE hotel; we will be back!

Wonderful clean, modern hotel. Yes it`s still being built but that didn`t ruin our stay. Staff are fantastic. Really satisfied with my nights sleep.

"Could not fault the service"
Although we booked the Club Q Lincolns Inn, due to a booking glitch we were transferred to their sister Hotel at Trafalgar Square. The service and accomodation was excellent, the location probably one of the best we have had on visiting the capital and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in London. If the other Club Q hotels are of the same standard we shall definately be using their services again in the future. Excellent !

"A great hotel in a quiet area, but close enough to walk to all the Central sites and shopping areas."
A lovely hotel, with pleasent decor, our room had all the modern facilities we required for a nights stay. Would recommend staying here, and will certainly book to stay here again. All staff where friendly and attentive. As the restaurant wasn`t ready we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great. Would difinately recommend this hotel.

A modern hotel in the heart of London with good access to theaters and shopping. There was some construction work under way in the basement but this caused no inconvenience at all. The hotel included a free breakfast and all rooms provided great internet access.

We really enjoyed our one night stay here. Staff were most helpful and offered us one of their newly built rooms which was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast served in the restaurant adjoining to the hotel was very good with excellent coffee. Would certainly stay here on our next visit to London.

Modern rooms, comfy bed. Air conditioning on in room, but control panel in room did not work so could not turn it up or down. At the moment building works at hotel and so given free breakfast at Pitcher and Piano nearby. Breakfast rather shambolic but ok for a freebie.

"Could not fault it!"
Ideal location, 2 mins from Holborn tube and 15 walk to Piccadilly - Perfect! Although not fully open (breakfast room/restaurant not finished), we were greeted warmly, our room was lovely much bigger than I expected. Beautifuly furnished and finished and the bed was so comfy. Shower very good. We were offered a complimentaly breakfast in the pub next door, which I have to say was one of the best I`ve had in a long time. Reception staff stored our cases too whilst we shopped. Will book again definately.

Teething problems in room- air conditioning control system in bedroom and extractor system in bathroom did not seem to work; leak from shower connection but will definately stay again. The price and complimentary breakfast was excellent and so close to central London
