"Perfectly and quietly placed"

Stayed 2 nights with my two grown up daughters and shared a room with double and sofa bed. The hotel is beautifully placed in Lincoln`s Inn Fields with a lovely park in the centre of the square. Reception staff were great, very polite. prompt and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean & the en-suite just right. I especially liked the professional grade hairdryer instead of the usual hotel standard. We were heading for theatreland and Covent Garden and the hotel`s position was ideal for both. Would recommend & would use again.

"Very clean, comfortable and excellent location!"

The hotel staff were all very friendly. The rooms are very clean, spacious and practical. There are excellent facilities for all your needs and the hotel is in a great location for the many theatres close by.

"Clean & quiet "

Pleasant staff, clean & quiet. Only draw back was there was no view from our room (321) other than the painted white wall.. This was a little strange as made the room feel claustrophobic, but as we spent such little time in the room it was not too much of a problem.

"welcoming, very pleasan, helpful staff."

IMy daughter and I stayed over for a theatre and shopping trip. The location was excellent as Tube was minutes away and it was a ten minute walk to Covent Garden. The staff were lovely friendly and professional,. Overall, the twin room was spotless and all amenities including a continental breakfast were available.

a great location near covent garden, pleasant rooms with comfortable beds, no bar but a lounge area like your own front room that you could sip your own bottle of wine, very relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff, we would definateley stay again as its in walking distance to theatres, leicester square, covent garden, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby .... overall a great value for money hotel

Situated really well for Convent Garden (only 5 min walk). Hotel room very smart & comfortable especially as still has brand new feeling to it. Staff all really friendly including greeting me by name the next morning. Restaurant was still not open but not a problem & as a result complimentary continental breakfast was available at the pub next door. This is our 4th at a Club Quarters hotel & have never been disappointed.

"Terrific location for theatreland!"

Very helpful staff from check-in onwards. Lovely room with all usual facilities. Only a few minutes walk from major theatres and Covent Garden.

"Nice, decent place to stay when in London"

There were some works going on while we were there, for which they offered a free continental breakfast. The works didn`t bother us at all, not too much noice etc. We asked for a room at a high level and were offered a room at the 9th floor. From there we could overlook the park, that was behind another part of the building. The downside of a high level is that you hear a lot of noise of the airsystems in the building, that are placed on the lower part of the building (the part we overlooked). Because of that, we recommend a room at the first 4 levels. The room itself was very good, clean, good bed etc. Good deal!

"Modern, Fresh Environment"

Recently refurbished and well appointed appointed clean rooms, although some headroom restrictions on 6th floor. Staff were great and most helpful. Will return if I can get a similar deal.

"A new hotel with superb rooms and very helpful staff."

This hotel is ideally situated for the Theatre and had excellent room facilities. The only downside was the lack of restaurant at the moment but I am sure when this opens shortly it will really add to the feel-good factor of the Club Q. I do hope that when the hotel restaurant opens Gluten Free food is available. I will definitely return on my next visit to London.

"Fantastic Hotel Questionable Beds"

The location, facilities and staff were all beyond compare, my only complaint is that both myself and partner did not have the most comfortable nights sleep.

"Great hotel!!!"

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and assisted us in anyway they could. Anything we asked for was not too much trouble. Room and hotel both very clean and beautiful. Great location opposite a lovely park. Will definately return.

"Exceptional hotel"

Stayed for 1 night in September and loved the hotel. We had booked 3 rooms and the checkin process was quick and efficient. Our rooms were altogether. Rooms were fantastic with everything nice and new. Not keen on bathroom door being glass - really need a wooden door that shuts properly!! Staff were excellent and very helpful. We are due back in London for 2 nights and would of booked to come back if the price had not more than doubled so we have booked to stay elsewhere - shame as we were really looking forward to it.

Excellent location for a weekend break in London. Staff friendly and helpful. Our 3 rooms were upgraded and we received a complimentary breakfast for any inconvenience that we might experience during renovation works although if we hadn`t,t been told we would have had no idea any works were taking place! The rooms were fantastic, great facilities and very comfortable. Would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. Will most definitely stay here on our next london weekend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

"Exactly what we needed"

We went down to London for a weekend, the hotel was perfect. 2 mins away from holborn tube stop, quiet area. We only needed the hotel as a base and it was more than we hoped. Defiantly will be using Club Q again...thank you

"Unbelievable,comfortable, beautiful, excellent Hotel !!!"

Very comfortable and beautiful bedroom (we had a small double bedroom, but it`s a good size bedroom). The hotel is situated in a quiet and nice area close to the tube station. The staff are all wonderfully helpful, polite, pleasant and made our stay really enjoyable. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We loved our stay and would keep this address in mind. Also I would recommend it to everyone with no reserve.

"Very well placed for Covent garden and theatres lovely setting with the gardens in front"

Nice comfortable room, good standard, staff very polite and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with a complementary breakfast due the building works, which did not did disturb us at all. Will certainly be telling our friends about the hotel, and will use it again ourselves

"Well thought out re-furbished room but disapointing skimping on basics - towels, pillows... "

Lovely park and central location. Modern and efficient reception. Room refurbishment well thought through except for pillar down side of bed (ouch!). Minimalist approach to basics - one pillow each, two hand towel size mains, one hand towel, two milk sachets and tea bags etc. lovy bed but very uncomfortable, coarse duvet cover. Noisy room opposite 5th floor lift. But cheap and we located. Free continental breakfast a bonus. Thank you

"CLUB Q "

This hotel is a little gem, the location is perfect, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I have just enjoyed my second stay in this hotel and am looking forward to my next stay.

"Very comfortable and clean, excellent value for money and some nice design touches."

We had a sixth-floor under the eaves, which could have been cramped but the space was well used. There were some thoughtful design touches, like USB charging sockets and a net curtain as well as a blackout blind across the skylight. The bed was comfortable and firm but a little high for anyone below average height. The staff were helpful and because building work was being carried out we were given a complementary breakfast in the nearby pub. We were able to leave our luggage for free, and within sight of reception.

"Great Location for all theatres - only 15 mins walk to Convent Garden."

Really clean, nice, modern hotel although our room had hardly any daylight with no view whatsoever. We stayed Friday til Monday and were not amused to be awakened at 5.45am on the Monday by the constant banging of the building works. However, the free breakfast was great and much appreciated.
