"Fabulous stay again"

We have stayed at the xxxxx around 5 times now and it is excellent - even better now you can have a full English brekfast. Thanks to all the lovely staff.

"Great hotel and very convenient to the Ecel and DLR. "

I had booked four rooms one of which was a suite for our use. Our staff loved their rooms and found the fridge very usefull. The bathrooms were large and spacious. Our suite was a bedroom, bathroom, dressing area and a seperate room with table chairs, seating area and seperate toilet. We all had the cooked breakfast buffet and it was great to be able to order eggs any style cooked to order. We also chose to have dinner in the hotel on two occasions and found the menu had a good choice of dishes and the meals were very enjoyable. Great hotel with friendly staff, looking forward to our next stay. A big thanks to Bryan the duty manager who sprted out our small booking problem.

"Cool experience overall!"

Nicely situated next to the DLR station which central London could be reached within 40 minutes. Open view and great interior design. Clean rooms with advanced facilities where business travelers should be well satisfied. I`ve checked in at midnight and staff there are helpful and professional! Would recommend it to no-rush travelers or long stayers.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Unusual not to be able to get a drink until after 5pm In a hotel. Other that that no complaints.

"stylish hotel,tube station 2 mins level walk "

modern ,stylish ,friendly ,comfortable hotel ,I was a bit apprehensive when I booked this hotel (I was concerned about the journey/ease to get to the 02 arena ) the prince regent docklands railway is 2 mins stroll away and with 1 easy change onto the jubilee line at canning town you arrive at the 02 in about 15 mins ,door to door . I would recommend this hotel for the ambience and welcome you receive from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart . I will definitely try to stay in this hotel again .

"Good modern hotel, noisy Air Conditioning"

Whilst the hotel was very modern, with excellent facilities and excellent value for money the Air Conditioning was very noisy during the silent hours despite turning it off in room. This disturbed our sleep throughout the stay.

"Definite 4 * quality"

Beautiful rooms excellent location. Everything you could possibly need away from home. Excellent option of continental breakfast - no 1croissant and a pot of jam here. With your voucher 4 items good variety - won`t be hungry afterwards. We`ll worth a visit and wouldn`t hesitate to stay there again

"Great hotel"

We really enjoyed our stay, nothing could feel better than crawling into the huge bed & sinking off to sleep, it has to be one of the best nights sleep I`ve ever had, ( my girl friend & I were trying to think up ways to get the bed out of the room with out being noticed ) the staff were all helpful & very friendly & couldn`t do enough to help. My parents have already booked in for a stay

"Good hotel but some issues with 4*"

Excellent deal/location for theO2. The room was lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable, however I was a little surprised and disappointed to find disposable paper cups in the room to drink tea and coffee from. Also the "grab and go" breakfast (3 items and a drink) was disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff, accessible location to central London but with a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant followed by a good choice of cocktails and spirits at the wxyz bar all served by excellent staff. Would stay there again and recommend it.

"Could not fault it! "

Great hotel with friendly staff, manageress very helpfull and on hand. Clean inviting rooms and good facilities, great links with the LDR station next door. Reasonable car parking prices too! We stayed at the hotel to go to a concert at the 02 and it was perfect for this! Would stay here again!

"Stunning hotel, great staff and lovely room."

I had a wonderful stay at the xxxxx, it`s a visually stunning and modern hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble for them. My room was exceptionally clean, well laid out and came with all you need for a short or long stay. With a very short walk to the DLR and then access to all of London (or just the Excel) it`s a great location. I will definitely be staying here again.

"Thoroughly good stay"

We stayed for one night when going to see Barbra Streisand at the O2. The room was fabulous, clean modern, quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast was simple but excellent (although a bit muddled). All in all an excellent hotel, we wll return and recommend to others

"excellent if you have to attend a meeting at the ICC ExCel Centre"

The staff was very nice and helpful. Food in the average. I had a B&B rate. The breakfast and the space where the breakfast was served were fine with me, because I don`t have big breakfast and not much time, but it can be very disappointing. If I had been on holiday, I wouldn`t have been happy with it. Rooms functional, cleaned and good size. It was strange to have the sink outside the bathroom, in the room. My problem with the room was that it was dark (the colors used) and the windows couldn`t be opened. I would choose again this hotel, if I had to go to the Excel centre, definetely not on holiday, too far from the centre.

"A very good stay!"

A hotel in quiet location and well connect with town using the DLR. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room very modern with excellBreakfast a bit chaotic and the bar a bit random on Saturday night.
