Very convenient for the venues I was gonig to ( Excel and O2 arena). Breakfast very good, staff friendly, and prompt in cleaning tables. Reception good and courteous. Very happy with overall experience.

"Family short break made extra special by facilities at the 4 * at Excel "
As a family of 5 we required 2 rooms both were very well appointed and quiet. The icing on the cake would have been a connecting door but it wasn`t a problem. The pool, steam room and gym were all first class - would have liked to know how to aquire a locker but not a problem as we were in there after 6pm. I liked that the facilities stayed open till 11pm. The food was very good and service at dinner friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet catered for all tastes and set us all up for the day. We would certainly stay again.

"wonderful room and hotel"
my wife and I found the hotel very stylish and clean.The room we had was very nice with a good view of the Thames.The breakfast we had was excelant with a wide choice and the staff were very helpful.The only downside was having to pay to park our car.

The hotel is modern and the room was great. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was good for dinner. The car park was handy. We will use this hotel again.

"Very comfortable, good food and leisure facilities all to ourselves."
Overall we had a lovely stay here, the room was very comfortable with everything we needed, even a variety of teas and coffee. Our only slight complaint would be that we had to wait about ten minutes for a table at breakfast and you have to go back up to your room to shower after using the pool. There are lovely showers on the poolside, but not in a changing room. We would definitely stay again, this is a very modern and quite trendy London hotel.

Extremely clean. Great group of staff across all teams. Only a couple of very minor niggles, hotel info difficult to find on the TV e.g. when the pool was open. Steam room wasn`t working, no explanation and no one to ask.

Super room attentive staff just a little disappointed with breakfast and available choices. Only scrambled eggs on offer. No fish alternative to the "English" cooked breakfast. The inevitable queue for self-service toast. What on earth is wrong with the waiting staff delivering a rack of toast as you seat?

"Fabulous modern hotel within easy reach of London city centre"
I loved this hotel, had everything I needed for a two night stay. Rooms are modern & well equipped. They have a working fridge, so if you are travelling from somewhere local bring fresh milk etc! Free wifi & cheap onsite parking are so rare in London and an over-sized flat screen TV & comfy bed were just what I needed at the end of the day. Staff were friendly & helpful- I will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel. Staff at reception ready to help. There is a £25 deposit on arrival which i didnt know before hand but was ok. This saves you having to take money to bar if you want food or drink. If you dont spend anything the money is reinburst back. The rooms are lovely, nice big comfy beds and tvs. In the showers they have body wash and shampoo which was nice and didnt make my hair tangly after. They provide bottles of water, tea, coffee. They also have hair dryers and irons which is handy when you have creased cloths from being in a bag all day. The pool was quiet with towels provided. Staff were very helpful. We had a great. Night sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. Great location for the O2.Bed was extremely comfortable, great view, convenient location, splash pool was a great de-stresser and fab cocktails. Will be back!

Arrived very late after a long day travelling. Found we had received a free room upgrade! Breakfast was fantastic and lots to choose from, and the swim/gym facilities were brilliant.Really clean and stylish, and excellent location. Staff very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

"Great place to stay for the Weekend!"
Great hotel, good location for the O2 as it gives you the chance to use the Cable car amongst other things. Spotlessly clean, lovely minimalist look with excellent facilities. Breakfast good too. Would definitely use again for a weekend break, especially for the price paid too.

Very attentive and friendly welcome at check in. Clean room with great shower, good TV and comfortable bed. Self service breakfast very good with lots of choice (only bacon was a bit cold!). Right outside Prince Regent station on DLR line for easy access into centre of London.
