"Suited our purpose."
Needed central hotel for overnight stay. Good location and staff helpful. The room we stayed in needed the tiles in the bathroom retiled. Walls are very thin and you can hear others talking in their room. Travel cot needed a good clean and glad we had taken our own linen for our child. If you are staying with a young child and need a push chair, be aware that even though a lift is available, there are other stairs to negotiate depending on the room you have. If you need to use push chair/pram all the time, then ensure you request a room with easy access. Breakfast was good and staff helpful, despite them being busy and having to also deal with other impatient diners.

"Bedroom even with an `upgrade` to superior room was horrible!!"
Bathroom flooded when you took a shower, decor was old and ugly, curtains hanging off rail - just horrible and so disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!! I paid for a superior room upgrade would hate to see a non superior room!!
