"Fantastic Stay at well located Hotel"

On first appearances some may be put off by the Petrol station on the ground floor (underneath and adjoining the hotel) - this was not a problem for us and at no point did I hear any traffic whatsoever! The room was on the small side but perfectly clean and smart looking. A lovely bathroom again very modern and clean with a nice big powerful shower. Breakfast was very good catering for all types, being vegetarian there was plenty that I could eat and I was very satisfied. As a whole the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and dealt with all our needs even though we stayed just one night. The concierge was also very helpful keeping our bags after check out so that we didn`t have to lug them around London all day. A 5 minute walk to Bond Street underground also meant that it was quick and easy to get to Central London and perfect for us returning late from RAH. I would definitely stay here again.

"Great Offer Stay"

Good location, exceptionally clean, stylish hotel. Good value for money re the offer price we paid for a Double Room. Would use again at a similar price.

Well presented Hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Surprised at how small our double room was but as we were only stopping one night it was not too much of a problem.

"Good position near Hyde Park"

Room service was not particularly efficient, although a double room on one occasion only a single set of towels were laid in the room. Fruit choice at breakfast could have been better and the breakfast containers were often empty and we had to wait for eggs etc. However the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. close to Queensway and bayswater underground station. Roomsize is small. closetspace also very minimal. Good service from the staff and good breakfastbuffet. So service excellent,. room average, (didnÂ`t quite live up to my expectations for a 4 star hotel).

The hotel was first class. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the breakfast was very good. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. Vaue for money.

the room was very nice it was clean everything worked fine and it was nicely furnished (i know this should be the case in all 4* hotels but im afraid it isnt) the food was nice the car park was very reasonably priced and seemed secure views over looking hyde park were nice too .the only gripe i had was that the hot drink making facilities were stored inside a cupboard so we didnt find them until the morning (actually my son found them in his room and then we looked for ours )so personally i would rather they were on the sideboard clearly visible and not inside it .still wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Queensway tube station. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were shining. The breakfast was excellent,with a huge variety and we ate in the brasserie one evening, which was very good also.

The xxxxx xxxxx Hotel provides an excellent base for a visit to London and located close to the underground. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide choice..

"Great Service"

I cannot fault the hotel and the service we received. The staff were available if needed but were not "in your face" Room was very tidy and so was the on suite. As is usual in London the room was not huge but managable for a couple of nights stay

Staff were very polite and engaged in conversation and were helpful. Room 722 - a bit on the small side with limited storage, but ideal for short stay. Location excellent, breakfast very good.
