The reception staff were very polite and helpful the room was clean and comfortable although the extractor in the shower room didn`t seem to work and the breakfast was delicious compared to theb following day when we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Warrington which was a modern day Faulty Towers!!!

"Perfect for the Bridgewater Hall and city centre shoppping."

Our stay at Jury`s was great. due to the severe weather our initial room was chilly but was changed straight away without fuss. I have to comment on the staff who were really friendly and helpful. The receptionist who dealt with us couldn`t have been more pleasant which was very refreshing. Rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. we had breakfast for £8.50 which we felt was good value as there was an excellent choice. Would definately book Jury`s again. thanks to all who made our stay most welcoming.

"Great location for central Manchester"

Very clean hotel and staff were very helpful. Well priced compared with other hotels in city centre. Free safety deposit at reception was particularly useful to store valuables. Hotel was mostly quiet but having a room opposite the lift is not good when noisy guests come back late at night.

"Great Manchester center hotel"

Nice hotel in a great location for Manchester city center, We were there for the 30 years of Sandinista by the Clash celebrations at the other side of town but it was only a 15 mins walk through the center of town. No complaints about the hotel at all but biscuits are nice when you get em! Parking in the discounted NCP across the road is still steep, cost me £22.00 for 30 hours parking with a bit of searching I`m sure you could get a better deal. Would definately return.

"Good value central Manchester hotel."

Hotel is in excellent locaton in central Manchester. The room was spacious and very good value for central Manchester. The breakfast was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.

"lovely hotel, great staff....immaculate"

Stayed here for a night as part of 2 couples, hotel lovely, very helpful and friendly staff, good location. Could fault it and will definitely recommend & return!!

"Extremely angry!!!!"

When i arrived at Jurys Inn to check in I was informed that there was no room for me, the hotel was fully booked. They told me you should not have accepted my booking as they had closed their site due to it being full. They offered me an alternative room at the Hilton, Manchester Airport, 20 minutes outside Manchester. They offered to pay for taxis for me and the taxi driver told me this is always happening with the Jurys Inn. I had no choice but to accept as it was 7.30pm - it totally ruined my stay in manchester. They blamed your website!! I will never book through you again or at the Jurys Inn anywhere in the world!!!! Hayley Adcock

"double booking!"

Hotel itself was very clean, of a good standard and excellent value for money. only problem was that when we arrived they had overbooked, and offered to find an alternative one but that was at the airport 25 minutes away. luckily we had friends who ended up sharing so we could stay. hotel offered free breakfasts and taxis as a gesture of goodwill which helped!!

Reception efficient but lacked warmth. Bedroom heat/air con. noisy. Bath tap (cold) seized up -could not be turned on. Downstairs bar chilly and lacked atmosphere. Food and house wine mediocre.

i made a mistake. Jury`s in London is a smart hotel and yours was clean and not what I wanted. It was full of hen parties running the corridors and using the bathrooms all night.

"Very convenient for enjoying events at the MEN arena."

The room was clean and tidy. The TV didn`t work. The early morning receptionist was very brusque and not at all friendly and welcoming when I rang to ask for information. The people in the bar and restaurant were helpful.
