"Excellent Stay in a friendly and modern hotel"

We stayed at the xxxxx Euston Saturday and Sunday 13th and 14th September 2014. Checking in and out was super efficient, helpful and friendly. Our room was ready even though we arrived before noon. The room was spacious and modern, with all the necessary amenities, such as iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea/coffee and bathroom products. We dined in the Brasserie for breakfast and one evening for dinner. The food was good quality and plentiful and very reasonably priced for central London. On the day we checked out we were able to leave our bags for collection later which allowed us time to do some sight seeing. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and always happy to help. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and we were awoken by the kitchen staff in the back alley on the Sunday morning - this was the only downfall of the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, particularly when they took care of our luggage for the day after checking out early. Our biggest disappointment was the noise; the walls were thin enough to hear our neighbours` conversation and their tv. Other guests on the floor were shouting and slamming doors in the very early hours. The room wasn`t really 4* luxury but it was a comfortable enough base in a good central location.

"Great Hotel."

Just returned after having 3nights at this lovely hotel, the hotel was a 5minute walk to Euston station and also the bus terminal,which made getting around London so easy. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the hotel was spotless and nicely decorated.breakfast was vey good with plenty of choice.would not hesitate to stay here again. R.Quinn.

"Fantastic Hotel !!"

We booked this hotel last minute for a 1 night stay in London. On arrival the staff were very efficient and helpful. Our rooms were lovely, they were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Position was brilliant, very close to Euston station were you can get the tube or buses. Really good find, we would definitely stay again.

"Great hotel in a great location"

We booked this hotel under the hidden gem option and what a good choice is was! It is in a fantastic location just 4 or 5 minutes walk from Euston station (use side door near left luggage office). The hotel is smartly furnished in a contemporary style and check in was very smooth. Our room furnishings were also contemporary, clean and we had everything we needed with the exception of sufficient coat hangers...there were only 2 and even though we were only there 3 nights, we needed more. The bathroom was small but good. We had booked room only but on 1 morning bought vouchers from reception to have breakfast in the hotel at £10 each. It was good value.

"Convenient location"

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Hotel room was a reasonable size. The only failing was the lifts which could not cope with the number of guests.

Room smaller than envisaged. Occupants next door had a baby that cried a lot, which we could hear on our room! Location of hotel was quite though. Air conditioning unit noisey even when on low. Breakfast not particularly warm. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel was in a great location near to Euston station. We arrived via train and we were in our room in less than 20 minutes. Great hotel with excellent service and very clean and modern.

"LONG WEEKEND IN LONDON [KJ]"

The Hotel doesn`t look much from the outside but inside it is very clean and modern and is five minute walk from Euston station. From the moment we entered the staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and apart from a problem with the shower it was of a good standard. We had a problem with the shower the first evening which was repaired and sorted whilst we had dinner. with the promise that if it couldn`t be sorted another room would be available for us. A very big bonus with this hotel is the fact that it has a truly excellent restaurant. The area it is situated in doesn`t lend itself to restaurants and dining out particularly if the weather was bad. We would recommend this hotel to anybody and would use it again if we visited London.

"Good average stay"

Bathroom old fashioned and in need of refurbishment. Room very small. Housekeeping sloppy and late in the day. Toiletries supplied inadequate. Not to my mind a 4 star standard.

"good hotel, good staff, small rooms"

Nice hotel, looks a bit run down from the outside but once you get in there nice atmosphere and staff. I upgraded for 25 pound to a kingside room and I am glad I did as in truth this was small anyway with two beds pushed together to make a kingsize. No bath just a shower. Good location though and handy enough for.connecting anywhere in London. Concierge really helpful. Would stay here again on business but not one for a romantic break.

"Great location, Spotlessly Clean - but take earplugs "

We read the trip advisor comments before we stayed and the recommendations - we requested a refurbished room overlooking the park. On arrival we were told that there weren`t any rooms overlooking the park available. Downside = The room we were given was at the front of the hotel which unfortunately meant we could hear the train announcements from 5am!!! Bought earplugs so Second nights sleep was much better. As the room also catered for disabled guests it meant that there was no bedside table to put spectacles, phone, books etc on. Plus side - great location for travelling around London. The room was a decent size and spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and Check out very efficient.

"Problems with housekeeping though :("

Upon leaving yesterday morning I have rung 5 times and we stupidly left two phone chargers in room 342. No calls back from hotel after leaving several messages ! Very disappointed with service !!!!

"Outside building looks dated , Inside very clean and modern with good overall service"

Have stayed here before and as always front of house very good particular mention to Shauna on check in and Latoya on check out both were polite attentive and took an interest in what you are looking to do. Our room was an upgrade which was unexpected but was a nice touch. Bar was also good but hotel prices, room was very nice clean & tidy. Breakfast has been an issue in the past but has improved greatly, but with one issue we where shown to our table and that we would be offered drinks by the waitress, we waited but nothing got our buffet breakfast still no drinks, we eventually stopped a waitress to get us some teas, which was a shame as we had nearly finished our breakfast.

Excellent accommodation, very close to Euston, making travel around London so very easy. The friendly staff, were obliging and helpful. I didn`t use the dining facilities for breakfast, but probably should have. I would definitely book and use this hotel again.

"Good hotel, great location, beware of room choice!!!"

Just returned from a lovely trip to the city. This hotel is very good and the staff are excellent. BUT!! Be warned. DO NOT stay on the ground floor especially room 058. If you like very early morning noise, and staff coming out of access lift with trollies etc etc etc. Roos lower than 038 i am sure would be okay as far enough away.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff couldn`t do enough for you. One little niggle - room 71 was good to make it great the sideboard under the tv needs to be moved as it is too close to the foot of the bed - the drawer couldn`t be fully opened to get to tea making facilities.

"Nice hotel, clean, polite staff"

As per title. Parking nearby is good, we parked on the road FREE at the weekend! Would recommend staying here, theatres/Chinatown 20-25min walk away. Found "the cider tap" just outside Ruston station was worth a visit. Breakfast wasn`t included with our deal, but purchased at hotel (£12.50ea). Only thing that let it down was bin lorry emptying bins at 4:30am, not the hotels fault, but.....

"Good value for money hotel"

Very impressed how attentive the staff were....as I was getting into lift to check out managerress asked how my stay was ? How was the service etc! Also lady on reception when i checked in was brilliant! Overall clean pleasant hotel. Only criticism more tea bags and milk in the room please!
