from start to finish our stay was hassle free, quick to be checked in and our room was great overlooking Leicester Square. as for the breakfast I could quite easily eat that every day!! great stay great location and great staff. thank you.

"Customer Service Excellent"
The attitude and manner of all staff from reception through to dining room was excellent and very welcoming. Your staff training is good and we would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. One downside - in the dining room could you please serve tea from a teapot and not from a mug with a teabag!! On our first morning we had individual teapots but on the second we had the mug and teabag. Many thanks.

Whilst we only stayed at the hotel for one night both my wife and I were both impressed by the courtesy of all staff that we saw during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent. The next occasion that we require an overnight stay when we visit London we will book this hotel again.

A very clean and well presented hotel in a prime location on the doorstep of the likes of Trafalgar/Leicester Square and within walking distance of Buckingham palace, Westminster etc. I will be certainly going back again next year, Thank you

Location was great for theatreland and for shopping in Regent Street, Piccadilly etc. Room small but comfortable with lovely shower. Problem with TV & lights corrected but room shouldn`t have been used with faults.

Couldn`t work out the shower system at first could do with info the the bathroom Tea/coffee facilities would be nice as every hotel iv stayed in provide these,

"Fantastic location."
Stayed at this hotel for two nights mid August in a Junior Suite. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was large and powerful. The big attraction with the hotel is the location as it is halfway between Picadilly Circus and Leicester Square. We really enjoyed our stay and will return in future.

Great location for this hotel and a nice room. Staff (especially on Reception) very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check into my room early and got an upgrade to include breakfast. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

"Thistle Piccadily"
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was beautiful and although slap bang between Piccadily Circus and Leicester Square there was very little noise from outside. I would reccomend to my friends/family and I`d be delighted to stay there again.

"Superb location"
We really enjoyed our stay at the Thistle Piccadilly Hotel. We have stayed many times at the Thistle Marble Arch and in the past have taken one of our grandchildren therefore requested a room for 3, we have always had either a double and a single or 3 single beds. On this occassion we took our grandaugther for her 16th birthday. We requested a room for 2 adults and one 16year old (still classed as a child) We were offered a junior suite which included a sofa bed, we thought this would be fine, however we were disappointed to find a very large king size and a very small put u up, this is not what we expected when booking a suite. This did not spoil our visit but when the age of the child is requested I would have thought a bed suitable for a 16year old would have been provided. Everything else in the suite was really nice, we will definately stay again when there is just the two of us.The cleaning lady knocked the door and came in at 8.oclock this morning and we were still in bed,

"Great location, warm welcome"
The Thistle Piccadilly is in a great location for central London. We had a very friendly welcome from the hotel staff, unfortunately our room wasnt ready when we arrived and were offered a complimentary drink until it was ready for us, we declined as we had just come from a coffee shop. After about a 5 minute wait we were offered an upgrade to a delux room as our standard room was still not ready. The room was excellent, very clean and plenty of space. Would recommend very highly and be happy to return

"Great central location, luxury hotel"
Very nicely presented hotel right in the heart of London. Staff very welcoming and really took an interest in making sure we were happy. There is so much on the doorstep here it is ideal for sightseeing. Would highly recommend Muriels Kitchen for eating out and only a short walk away. Room was very comfy and will definitely visit again.

Exceptional hotel I would highly recommend this hotel .It is very central for Leicester Square , Covent Garden , Piccadilly, all of which are walking distance .The staff at this hotel were excellent , nothing was too much trouble .Please pass on my thanks to your staff .

Our one complaint was that the hot breakfast wasn`t hot enough. Plates were cold and food in large tureens wasn`t kept hot enough. We mentioned it to receptionist when she asked if we had enjoyed our stay, and she immediately responded by taking the cost of breakfast off our bill.
