Lovely hotel, ideal location. Comfortable bed and room was spotless. Good breakfast. Unfortunately not all facilities were available due to covid which was disappointing as booked because it had a bar and restaurant.

Ideally located within a stones throw of Leicester Square, the staff were polite & friendly, the room immaculate and the breakfast the following morning excellent. I would highly recommend to anybody visiting the centre of London.

The Thistle Hotel Piccadilly was wonderful. the location brilliant for the attractions we wanted to see and as for the room it could have not have been better.The food was very good we only had breakfast there was plenty of it. The staff are very friendly and helpful to be honest being London we did not expect great things! but to our surprise it was first class we shall be using the Thistle in future. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10

Hotel was central to shops restaurants pubs and the Christmas lights. Room was king deluxe with ensure shower. Breakfast was extra cereal, toast and full English for £25 Would use again. Thistle Piccadilly Coventry Street

"Great location for the West End, Leicester Square and Covent Garden"
We arrived early and the staff were all to pleased to take our bags. We booked a Deluxe King. The room was exceptionally clean. The view wasn`t that pleasant onto a fire escape. But we weren`t going to spend our time looking out of the window so that was fine. The bed was sooo comfortable. Also we weren`t expecting to have the sun shining into the room, but it managed to find its way in somehow. We had breakfast in the hotel which was full English, cereals, pastries, fruit. All well presented and tasty. The staff in the hotel were always pleasant and happy to help. I`m not sure if all of the rooms have the low ceiling, if I booked again I may ask. But it wouldn`t be a deal breaker. I would definitely book this hotel again. Unless I win the lottery. In which case I will be staying at the Londoner, just around the corner. If that hotel is as nice on the inside as it is on outside then it must be amazing. I can only dream?

"Ideal location"
Great location to walk to most theatres and sights in central London and easy to hop on a tube line. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and we even had a view of the London Eye, Big Ben and Nelsons column over the rooftops. Staff were happy and welcoming. Would recommend

"The outside is very misleading."
The Hotel is in a side street just off of Coventry Street and between Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. The bedrooms are of a good size with comfortable beds and the shower is also a good size. The glazing keeps out all noise. Would stay there again.

"Thistle Picadilly"
Wouldn`t book again! Upgraded to a deluxe king size, the room was clean and nicely presented and you can`t fault the location. However, I`m not a fan of looking out of the window with a view of industrial a/c units. I`m left wondering if the standard rooms overlook the bins? I did request a view on booking and while I appreciate this can`t always be accommodated, I find it hard to believe this was the only alternative. You will have to ask for supplies if you want more than one tea/coffee each.

Clean room comfy bed friendly staff even though the hotel is in the middle of Leicester Square you couldn`t hear any noise from outside hairdryer iron and ironing board and mini fridge and extra pillows in the room definitely recommend and we would certainly stay here again 128512;

"Brilliant Hotel, great location"
I was sceptical at what kind of hotel I would get with this Theatre break but I fear not. Hotel was so clean, staff polite and the room (deluxe king) was amazing. Very comfortable bed, everything you needed in the room. Buffet breakfast was included and everything you needed, cooked, cereal, fruits, continental. Location is superb, Chinatown opposite and plenty to see and do. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights, nice size room, clean & comfortable. Lovely breakfast, fresh, lots of choice & friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel, on the doorstep for China Town, short walk for Soho, Covent Garden & theatre land.
