"A perfect location and a very comfortable room"
Having booked a theatre show in the west end this was a most pleasant hotel with regards to location and the room was very comfortable and staff very accommodating highly recommend.

Double bed only just fitted in the space it was placed in, and was difficult to manoeuvre around. Not too much of an issue when only staying one night, but a boiler breakdown resulting in no hot water this morning meant a freezing cold shower before venturing out into a cold late winter early spring day in London.Not an ideal start.

"Not a 4star hotel"
Very disapointed,NOT a 4 star hotel.toilet/bathroom afforded no privacy the way the room was laid out.A/C was ineffective due to the heated towel rail in the bathroom being extremely hot and unable to turn off.Not child friendly.Hotel took a £50 pound deposit(although room pre paid for in full in advance),we were not advised about this.

"Great breakfast"
Good service from all staff. Room small but clean and had everything we expected but would have liked more clothes storage and somewhere to put toiletries in bathroom. As with nearly all other hotels a couple of coat hooks on the wall would be useful and a towel rail next to the sink. Breakfast room very pleasant and choice of food excellent.

"Great location for Our London trip"
Right next to euston & russel square tube made it great to get anywhere in London. Hotel decor very modern everything had a double or triple function. Though in the bedroom this did mean no shelf for toiletries and almost sta di g in a very s Small wardrobe to use the Hairdryer. Ended up keeping everything in my case under the bed. Staff very helpful and Breakfast was fantastic, very good coffee, excellent full English cooked to order but try the pancakes with blueberries or crispy bacon. Kept us going all day. Well worth the money.

The room which was allocated to us was very disappointing . We were returning from holiday and planned to have a luxury overnight stay before travelling back home. It was extremely difficult to find room to open our suitcases and still have room to move around. The door for the toilet did not fit the space meaning there was very little privacy and certainly did not add to the ambience of the room. The hotel was great in every other way but I do think that this room should not be used as a double .

"Good value with excellent service."
A very clean and well managed hotel. Although our room was quite small, all the facilities were included. Breakfast was excellent, as was the efficient service. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a good value hotel in a handy location not far from Euston or Russell Square stations. Recommended.
