Hotel was very nice and so were the staff. The only downside is that you have to pay to park your car as they don`t have ther own parking! Therefore this would make me stay in a premier inn

My wife and I found the hotel to be very pleasant.The hotel was situated close to the Central station which was ideal.The staff were very curteous and dilligent.There was a good atmosphere within the building which I picked up on right away.I would certainly use the hotel again.

"Very comfortable, good location."
Close to the station, and next door to my conference venue, the Jurys Inn Newcastle was just the ticket for my one night stay. Warm and comfortable, with a nice breakfast, and a nice price, I have no complaints. The bar food was a little pricey, but it saved me having to go out into the cold, damp evening. A nice overnight stay - thank you.

Staff helpful and attentive. They also noted we were not staying for a party and arranged a quiet room. Restaurant was good as was the breakfast. Being early to breakfast, the buffet was continually being refreshed and the variety and quality of food excellent.

"An excellent experience."
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming, polite and friendly. The room was clean and the decor attractive. The bathroom was large and well equipped. Beds, pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable; we had an excellent night`s sleep. We ate dinner in the restaurantand were very impressed: the menu is varied and well priced and the food was well presented and delicious. The buffet breakfast gave a wide choice. Food was hot and regularly replinished. We cannot fault this hotel.

The hotel was in a good position close to rail station, the room was excellent with good outlook but the double bed could have been a little bit wider. The breakfast was really very good one of the best I`ve had in a hotel

As this year weather has been changed and get warm. I think rooms need Fan or cooling system. the room was warm for sleep and when opened window roud noices from out side don`t let you sleep. But Room and Staff Excellent.

Hotels are expected to have fridges and safes in the rooms especially hotels from a large chain like jurors inn. I will check next time im booking and if your hotels are not upgraded ill stay elsewhere.

Hotel was great, location was ideal. Lovely staff. Only issue was that I had to strip my own bed on the third day to ensure the sheets were changed. Minor issue of course. Would recommend. Hotels direct were fantastic and a pleasure to book with.

The room was lovely and clean. The food at both breakfast ans in the restaurant in the evening was excellent and well presented. The lack of free wifi was very disappointing. The charge for the wifi was far too high based on my length of stay.

"The staff make this hotel! They did everything they could to make our stay perfect."
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was also great as were travelling by train and going to the Metro Radio Arena. The staff made our stay very enjoyable. They couldn`t do enough for us.Thank you to them in particular.
