The hotel was in a good location (15 mins from hyde park, 15 more to hyde park corner where the markets were). The tripleroom was sspacious with a double bed in one room and a single in the other. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. However the room was not clean and had lots of hairs in the bathroom (looked like a man had shaved and the stubble hadnt been cleaned up. We found a bug in the bed and it was obvious that the room had not been dusted. It was a shame because other than the housekeeping issues the hotel was great. The reception staff were fantastic and really helpful.
