The hotel and room was to a high standard, the room had little extra touches which made a big difference to our brief stay. Would highly recommend staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful and very clean. A couple of points I noticed during my stay: I was in room 105, and the room temperature was not increase or decrease when you tried to do so through the air conditioning. There were no instructions on the wall or anywhere else, so that may have been nice to have. Also, I couldn`t figure out how to turn the towel warming rack off so I was hearing that through the night, but it didn`t disturb me, as I simply shut the bathroom door. The most prominent feature for me though, was the keycard not working. It stopped working three times during my stay, and always seemed to happen after the housekeeping staff cleaned my room, who did so even without a sign on the door to say `make up my room`. That would be my only negative, but it was resolved well every time. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

"pleasant stay in a handy location"
I tried the wesley because I had got fed up with the IBIS Euston for reasons I won`t go into here. They have gone to a lot of trouble to provide a clean building and personable staff. I even got a personable exchange from some of the maintenance staff. Possibly the slowest lift in the world but that didn`t spoil my stay. I expect to go back again.

"Generator noise all night long"
On arrival I requested a room that wasn`t near any noise and was shocked that the room I had was above the generator which kept me awake for most of the night. Whilst the hotel is nicely decorated the room was the size of a shoe box and the reception staff weren`t very help full although the staff in the restrauant were very nice

The hotel was very well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention has to be made of the staff working on the morning breakfast service. They were efficient, welcoming whilst both friendly and professional. The food served at the breakfast buffet was spectacular! All in all 10/10!

The hotel is in a great location. Staff are very friendly, and polite. The room was immaculate and had great facilities. We would definitely use this hotel again.

"Nice hotel in easy reach of London attractions"
Friendly staff, warm, comfortable room, clean, modern hotel. 2 minute walk from Euston tube station in a side street away from traffic noise. Quite a few places to have breakfast near the station so we didn`t use the hotel for food at all. Very convenient to get in and out of central London.

bedrooms very light and airy. needs updating in passage and step areas. not really suitable for people with walking problems , due to the many stairs

Great location. I`ve stayed before and the rooms were great. This time the room was shabby in parts with lots of air conditioning unit noise in room.

The hotel it`s self is lovely. The room space was used to its potential but was still nice. Also the service they provide was excellent, ie letting us leave our bags before check in and after check out to pick them up later for our train home. Overall a wonderful stay.

Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely room and facilities although the room was on the little small side and there was a stain on the carpet. The hair dryer was faulty however another was provided promptly. Overall, a comfortable stay.

"Comfortable and convenient"
For something right round the corner from Euston Road, the most surprising thing about the hotel is how quiet it is. You wouldn`t know you were sleeping in the middle of London. This is a big point in its favour for me. The room was comfortable and modern, but it was very small. That didn`t bother me for a short stay but I think for a longer stay I would wish for a bit more space. But the facilities were fine, the food was good, the service was good, and overall I was very happy and would choose this hotel again.
