We had a perfect stay with room upgrade and extras. All good but ley down by queue for breakfast. The breakfast room was far too small to accommodate all guests. Food and service was affected too but ok.

Had a lovely time. Fantastic for families, made to feel really at ease. We were only there for 1night but really wish we were able to stay for longer. Perfect location for sight seeing and central to anything you want to do.

"Convienent location nice hotel"
Overall the hotel was pleasant and staff were helpful however nothing stood out to make this feel like 4* accommodation - everything was very much as standard. Was disappointed to be woken up by house keeping on the morning of checkout - seems odd that they would clean the rooms prior to check out and could not find a do not disturb sign. 2 rooms booked and only one was available on checkin.

Everything was excellent but we accidently drenched ourselves twice trying to figure out how the shower worked. There were no instructions on how to use the system and we had to learn it the hard way!!.

"Hotel Not As Billed"
Hotel is very close to Waterloo Station and well placed but it is not xxxxx xxxxx hence there are no direct views of the Thames you can get restricted views of Westminster and The London Eye but only if you are willing to pay a premium. Only booked as I know xxxxx xxxxx is right on the Thames and the hotels website shows view of the river, to get this you need to book the Marriott, we also found the restaurant very small for the size of the hotel. Not only did we queue for breakfast it was lukewarm to cold so not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel.

"A Good place to spend a weekend"
Having planned a weekend in London with some family members we booked three rooms. Arriving early we asked if we could leave our luggage the receptionist could. it have been. more helpful and said that was no problem. We gave our bags to the concierge who joked with us as he got all the details needed to ensure re our luggage would be returned to us later in the day. Off we went to start our weekend. When we returned we were again greeted by friendly reception staff and the concierge was really helpful. Our rooms were clean and close together all of our party were happy with their rooms. Breakfast the next morning had in light of reviews we had read been. a subject of a little concern. However there was no need for this as the long cues we had read about were not in evidence and all staff were helpful and efficient the range of food on offer was perveclty acceptable and the cooked breakfast was good. A hotel we would use again when we stay in London.

"No twin rooms"
We booked a room with 2 single beds when we arrived we did not have a room allocated as we were early, so confirmed we wanted a room with 2 single beds then went shopping and to see the show. On our return at 11pm we were given our room key and when we got there it had a double bed??? We went back down to reception and were told we could have the put you up bed made up in that room or have 2 separate rooms....not ideal for 2 people who want to spend the weekend together. So after a further wait we were told that the sister hotel could accommodate us which was over the road. We went over to the xxxxx Plaza this was now almost 12 midnight when we got to bed. The breakfast and the service was far from ideal we would not go to these hotels again.

Check in at the xxxxx Plaza was quick and we were placed in a superb room on the 12th floor with excellent views over Westminster. The room was as expected, good quality, clean and functional and even had a small micro wave oven. Breakfast was OK but not the best organised. Very good value.

The hotel was clean and bright with excellent facilities. The studio suite was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

"An excellent base"
The hotel upgraded our room and we had a small kitchenette as well as bathroom, sitting area and bedroom area with two TVs. Very clean and a comfy bed. Super Italian meal before we went off to the theatre but the breakfast in the morning was a bit of a scrum - too many tables squeezed into the space and too many people to feed in too small a space -- we even lost our table halfway through our breakfast as they thought we had left and cleared our table when we were getting our full English!

Enjoyed 2nights in this lovely hotel, rooms ample size, great bathroom with elemis products, and excellent choice of food for breakfast all within 5 mins walk from Waterloo station. Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I got the xxxxx plaza hotel I checked price on their direct site and I had got 60% off. The room was huge service amazing and good location. Already told two friends about this deal and going to book another one for next month as incredibly good value!
