"Fantastic stay."
For a change I will start with two very minor points. The room temperature was difficult to control, a little too warm even for winter and the bar staff seemed run off their feet even in a half full bar. The room however was excellent: large, clean and comfortable and the TOZI restaurant---- unbeatable ,simply the best Italian tapas I gave tasted.

"Great hotel for reasonable price"
The rooms were a bit small, but could live with that idea. The lobby is great and has a great bar and seats. Also were we surprized by the excellent breakfast buffet and service . It was a buffet with very wide options and good quality food. Location is rather good. Close to the centre. Overall I would recommend people to stay here.

The hotel was very welcoming and the appearance luxurious , the staff were very helpful and polite , The room extremely comfortable and clean and the food was excellent . Excellent value for money. We will stay at this hotel again

Hotel was excellent, we arrived at Victoria early and collected our tickets for the show then arrived at the hotel a couple of hours prior to check in. I was expecting to leave our small case in the lobby but a room was ready and we were able to check in. Room was excellent and had such a good night`s sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and catered for all. The concierge was so helpful and again we were able to leave our bags for the day and collect them later prior to our departure from Victoria. We even booked our sightseeing bus from the concierge and it was cheaper !!! The distance from Victoria to the hotel and theatre was minutes - perfect after a day of sightseeing.

Helpful receptionist. Room very standard and bathroom tired. Location very close to Victoria station. Won`t be going back though. 3 star rather than 4 and definitely not a "hidden gem".

Not the cheapest hotel, but worth the extra for the central location, amenities and friendly helpfulness. Noisy people in next bedroom, but that can happen anywhere.

Great hotel close to the Victoria Apollo theatre. Nice and clean. Lovely bathroom in our superior double room. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park xxxxx Victoria very much. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to Victoria Station and bus routes, and the hotel incl. staff very pleasant indeed. The restaurant is nice, staff very attentive and pleasant. The menu itself with Tapas style small portions to share did not appeal to us but that is just a personal choice. There are a few main dishes but no vegetables are included which cost quite a bit extra.
