"Fantastic!"

We came to London for one night and needed a central location. The hotel was perfectly situated, the staff were very attentive and couldn`t do more to help. We enjoyed the complementary wine and cheese before heading out to the theatre. We had a peaceful nights sleep and the amazing late check out which meant we had a very rare lie in!

"Z Hotel Piccadilly"

Stayed the one night to go to see Jersey Boys. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed in (double bed just fitted into the width of the room) so ok for a one night sleep-over but not sure about staying for a few days.

Hotel room was petite, cosy and modern. The room fully functional, clean and had everything you need. Reception were friendly and helpful. I think the hotel shows good value for money and location wise is excellent. A two minute walk to piccalilli! Had a great sleep. Thanks So hotel!

"A great idea"

The hotel is in a brilliant location and was perfect for our theatre break. The complementary cheese and wine is a lovely idea as is the free hot drinks. Our room was well set out and in perfect condition. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. All in all a great hotel in Theatre land.

"staff are fantastic"

Very nice hotel, staff cannot do enough for you,the bed is extremely comfortable, will definitely be returning..!!!

"Clean, friendly and comfortable"

The hotel was spotless, the staff so friendly and very helpful. The bed is very comfortable. Small room as expected but it is all you need when exploring london. The location cannot be beaten!

"Great location in central London"

Stayed for 6 nights for a retirement holiday. Hotel was great...clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Be aware though...the rooms are very small...only space for one case and no wardrobe...en suite is part of the room...you need to be alone or on intimate terms with your room mate...NOTHING is left to the imagination!!

"Noisy but good location"

Staff very accommodating, great location. Extremely noisy - surprisingly small room.

"Good but no opening window"

The room was clean and ergonomically sufficient, however the one window we did have was directly beside a fire escape stairwell and we looked immediately on to the stair treads. The window could not be opened and it being a small room was very stuffy. I did feel claustrophobic. Room 109

"terrific location - great staff - shame about the room size"

Our room 216 was really well appointed but ridiculously small for 2 people. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night as lack of wardrobe space would have proved a problem for any longer. Having to climb over and disturb my partner to get out of bed is just wrong. Ideal for 1 person. V well positioned with superb and helpful staff. V overpriced for such a small space.

we hope to visit ZHotel again. but i will ask for a room away from the cleaning station/linen cupboard and staircase door.
