"Comfortable but small"
Very happy and surprised with a room upgrade to a Queen room with not one, but 2 windows! Shame the room was too small for two people

"Fantastic stay, great location and we will defiantly return."
We were upgraded to an outside room. Room was spotless and all facilities were provided. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The free wine and cheese buffet was excellent.

If you are a sports fan your in luck they have sky sports and more in the rooms showers and bed are brilliant best nights sleep I`ve had in ages would be more then happy to return again

Very small rooms but modern and clean and perfect for us. We were able to check in an hour earlier and leave an hour later to suit our bus times. Only improvement needed in rooms is somewhere to hang out wet towels after showering.

"Extremely helpful and attentive staff"
Superb hotel, great location, we felt completely at ease. Previous comments about the noise from the underground did not effect us, but if you are sensitive to traffic noise it might. We would have no hesitation in staying there again

Friendly staff. Clean Rooms. There`s a quirkiness to the whole place which makes it what it is. Great breakfast at a good price. Complimentary tea and coffee through the day, with complimentary wine and cheese in the evening. Couldn`t ask for more!

Fantastic location just across the road from Victoria Station. The staff were friendly & helpful. Room was a little compact, but offered everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again!

I would without doubt use this hotel again, it was spotless and perfect location for our evening at the apollo theatre across the road. The ensuite was very Unusual but was nice and very clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

"Clean & Modern, Beds awful!! Bathrooms with no privacy!"
I was impressed with the cleanliness but a very small but quirky little place. The staff were friendly and we were ungraded from an inside rooms to rooms with a window. Don`t be fooled the rooms with window are only looking out into the next office block!!! I booked a double room for my daughter and her boyfriend. All I can say it was very clean and very modern but extremely small, and if you don`t mind seeing each other on the toilet then that`s fine, but my goodess do not go to this Hotel if it is a first time with a new boyfriend or girlfriend. The bathrooms are not very private at ALL. I was upgraded from a queen inside to queen with a window, so i thought, however they up graded me to the disabled room without even telling us in advance!!! we reported this is morning they didn`t seem to really care and didn`t even offer me an apology either. THE BEDS!!! OMG if your preference is to sleep on a brick then you will be fine. The beds were awful and so uncomfortable!!!

I found the hotel very pleasant. The decor was great. The service staff were brilliant and I just want to highlight that the waitress Rochelle, was absolutely excellent in delivering high quality service with a smile each time. The other service staff were very cheery as well however Rochelle exceeded herself and we were very grateful for that. The only had points where that we found that the whole duration of our stay the bed sheets had not been changed at all. In other hotels we found they were changed everyday. And we were a little upset at that. Additionally we found it a little strange that there is a glass cubical in the bedroom which is quite revealing. However it is very modern and well designed. Overall I believe it was a good stay however I must stress that fresh linen everyday is essential in our opinion. I would have scored excellent if this had been done. Nonetheless it has been a pleasant stay. Thank you.

No wardrobe, NO bathroom just a glass cube at the end of the bed which may well be fine if sharing with you husband/wife, however... My 20yr old daughter was not impressed that she had no privacy! We managed for just 1 night only, would not have wanted to spend any longer there, the room is far too small for 2people.

Good hotel very friendly staff would definitely recommend. It is quite unique and quirky everything you want is there and the space was well utilised without being crowded. Only problem was the bed was too hard for our liking. Very good value for money.

We booked this hotel as part of a theatre package. Amazing hotel. All of the staff so friendly couldn`t do enough for you. We stayed in a double room. Although very small it was clean, tidy with everything you need for an overnight stay. If planning to stay longer I would suggest you book a larger room. Overall I will be staying again, best hotel In my opinion; for the price and location. Only a couple of minutes walk from the underground.

"Great location, Great price"
A warm welcome was given as soon as we stepped into the reception area. Everything was explained to us, and the staff couldn`t have been more helpful, very good location for Buckingham palace and Victoria station. The room was fresh, clean and modern if a little on the small side. Just the job for a weekend escape, I think anymore than an overnight stay would have been a problem. Will definitely consider the hotel again.

Room no problem. Small but has it all. When I mentioned not getting any sleep, the young lady said I should have complained at the time. Bit difficult with no telephone - to get dressed in the middle of the night, especially as I did not know if anyone was on duty.
