Very good but a lot of rooms only have view over internal quad. We asked for an alternative, and after being shown one which was on eye level with the railway tracks, we were given one with a bit of a river view. Staff great, brekkie very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room, opted for the upgrade when we got there. Would definitely stay here again on a theatre break or just to visit London. Easy access to underground and getting around
