Hotel is perfectly located for the theatre. Right in the middle of many famous landmarks too. Only thing that slightly disappointed was the breakfast. The hot food choices were mostly luke warm. Apart from that I would recommend it.

Comfortable room but extremely small. Disappointed as last year we had an excellent room and I booked 5 months in advance and I was a returning customer. Super choice of food at breakfast and very friendly staff in the restaurant and downstairs bar.

Very noisy rooms and corridor, very small room and there is no way it`s a 5* hotel (stayed in far cheaper hotels with better quality and size!)

Staff made this a special weekend for all , rare family get together for special birthday. Didn`t expect candle & singing especially as Gluten Free.

room was more like a 3 star. no personality with receptionist booking us in, room was not ready until 3.45pm. bar charged service charge for a bottle of wine, but no service provided. a continuous loud humming noise in room made it difficult to sleep. cleaning staff left two cleaning trollies by our room all night.

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours early to check in just to leave our bags so that we could go for a special 50th Birthday Celebrationary lunch the receptionist "Stefan" very kindly found us a room so that we could go and get organised before lunch as we had a very busy afternoon planned! He was so friendly, customer service orientated and consistantly went above and beyond at every opportunity! I loved my stay at Le Meridien and cant wait to go back!

Massive thank you for making my mums birthday so special. All the staff were fabulous, they had a bottle of wine waiting in the room and they said the room was brilliant. I cant say thank you enough my mum and dad were so happy.

"Quiet room, attentive staff"

Our room, overlooking Piccadilly, was amazingly quiet and, unlike many that we`ve stayed in, not overheated. The bed was large and very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff very attentive.
