Lovely staff, but hotel facilities poor, room 218 needs updating Shower water cold, but staff upgraded us to a lovely room the next day Breakfast room again lovely staff but room not so nice.

I thought hotel was nice and staff were gr8. But did wash basin in room 116 had big cracks in it and the bath had a chip which was painted over. Should also do with the carpets being washed. My last point is the sound from the other rooms people bring in own drink and having a party in the rooms. All because the hotel did not have a bar.

"fantastic hotel, excellent staff"
When we booked we wasn`t expecting too much as it was out of the city and one of the cheaper hotels. It is safe to say we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very easy to find, parking could be anywhere along the road, although the hotel does have parking it is about 5 spaces right out the front of the building with barely any space to get in to any of them. The hotel itself is very nice and modern, the room wasn`t very big, but we only used it to shower and sleep as we sepent most of our time in the city. The continental breakfast was fantastic, you could help yourself to as much as you want and there was something for everyone. There is the option for an English breakfast too. Thank you to all the staff who were very helpful and provided bus train/undergroud maps, as well as a local street map. We will be going back soon.
