"good hotel, staff good, breakfast excellent "
good stay here, close to tube station but good 20 mins from central stations. Booked family room , but got a double bed with sofa bed, but also got good rate so won`t complain. Staff helpful

"Excellent hotel"
Stayed for one night. Check in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room was exceptionally clean and had effective air conditioning - useful as we were staying during the hottest spell this year. Some traffic noise but not excessive. Buffet breakfast was included in the price that I paid and was to an excellent standard. I have to say that I found the staff in this hotel to be among some of the friendliest that I have encountered. Would definitely stay again. The one gripe that I have is the directions from the tube station that were provided by Hotel Direct, which sent us in a bizarre (and much longer than necessary) route to the hotel. As you leave the station, turn right. Cross the road in front of you and walk down a pedestrianized walkway (which is well lit at night). Go past Tesco Express and at the next road go straight across. You will see the hotel in front of you!

Clean,modern hotel let down by hit and miss service at breakfast mainly due to lack of staff to keep tables cleared and sufficient food,plates,cutlery etc available. I also found the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

"Ideal location for a city visit"
The Hotel was ideally placed 200yds from the underground access to the city was quick and easy. The accomadation was good with an excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

I would definitely consider Ramada next time I need a hotel. The standard of accommodation was excellent. The room layout was great. Compact but not cramped - everything that you would need in a contempory style. Bathroom was great. Lots of space to store toiletries. Great shower. Double bed very comfortable but I also had a twin one night. That bed wasn`t quite as comfortable. Breakfast - great choice and variety. Only criticism the croissants were cold and there was no way to warm them and the sausages were only just cooked. The bar area was very cosy in the evening and the food from the bar menu very good. We had a pizza and the thai green chicken curry. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great location for visiting central london.

"Excellent and efficient"
A good stay - near to tube station - even for my wife who has some trouble with steps. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended as is has less than £10 a day parking and is easy to find. A definte revisit in the future.

Hotel was very clean, modern and new. Able to leave bags there when we checked out and pick them up later. Only moan was level of service at breakfast, none of our plates were taken away and they were just left to pile up on the table.

"Comfortable and very convenient for London"
On the whole excellent and very convenient for coming into London on M40. Helful staff and good car park, excellent buffet breakfast and walk in shower in the bathrooms. One or two very minor niggles - room key did not work on several occasions and, although restaurant was good, bread and butter pudding had no dried fruit.

"Perfect base for a visit to London"
The hotel provided an ideal base for our weekend trip to London. It was ideally situated close to an Underground station, which made getting to the sites very easy. The room was well-appointed and very clean, with all the facilities you`d expect. The choice provided at breakfast was good, and was constantly being replenished. We are already planning to return!

"Fantastic Hotel the best i have ever stayed in"
I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years but i can honestly say this is the BEST Hotel. when i arrived the staff were so welcoming and very helpful, ie: April on reception desk welcomed myself and my wife and enquired of our stay and just couldn`t be any more helpful She explained the nearest tube station and where to get off and provided us with map of our Restaurant in Covent garden and also our show directions, we were also given the local Taxi company name and number. Also the Gentleman in Breakfast room explained everything in detail most helpful for a first visit and we would be very pleased to go back, and also most deffinately recoment this Hotel to our Friends. Brian & Lyn.

Very nice standard room. Excellent breakfast. Good food in the restaurant. Difficult to fault it except that the wooden bed and floors were a bit creaky. very good facilities generally. Would go back.

A bit far out of the city but still only 25 mins on the tube. Family room a bit small but then our kids are older now. Would be fine for a younger family. Breakfast was really good!

Goood Location, would reccomend trip to local Westfield shopping complex. Staff helpful hotel clean and modern. Space to park object to paying £10 in Hotel parking area with a Disabled Badge but usual for London. Best Hotel Breakfast ever had massive choice to suit everyone.Room was fine- bathroom very nice. Would return and recommend to friends.

Excellent hotel, we were there on valentines night and the hotel was very busy but very quiet . The beds were comfortable and we had a family room with a pull down sprung bed which was also great. The bathroom was very modern with a wet room shower-no bath and very modern fittings. The resteraunt is noodle one and was gorgeous. I can recommend the satay starter and Nasi goreng, my son enjoyed the childrens noodle and chicken wings but all were nice and reasonable. The hotel was well placed in london for getting in to the centre along the central line and we got day railcards which were cheaper. We walked down to park royal which was the only dissapointment unless you like retail parks!. I would recommend this hotel to everyone based on our stay.

A fantastic, relaxed atmosphere accompanies you on your stay at this hotel. The ample sized rooms and ensuite `wet rooms` a welcome retreat following a busy day in the City! We dined in the onsite `Wok Around the World` Restaurant on two occasions and couldn`t fault it at all, and the hot buffet breakfast was superbly presented! Easy access to North Acton tube station and even a handy Tesco nearby for forgotten essentials (we all do it!!) Many thanks for your hospitality, we had a great time!!

Very nice hotel in an excellent location for visiting london, only 2 mins walk to the nearest tube and 6 stops from the centre. Room was nice and the bed was comfy. The breakfast in the morning was lovely- set`s you up for the day.
