Good hotel & location pleasant staff Concierge went the extra mile to check us in early good room clean very good shower breakfast good nice restaurant polite staff all food kept replenished.

Very good hotel, lovely breakfast lots of choice. Room not huge but had everything you might need. 2 mins walk from Russell Square tube

Good location and not noisy at night if anyone is used to quite. Food good service great. Suited us for our theatre break

The staff were great and very sociable and helpful, even getting a discount off our meal as we were celebrating my 50th birthday. However, the room and bathroom in particular were very small. In fact I leant over to pick something up off the floor whilst sitting on the toilet and banged my head on the sink! I wouldn`t risk having a shower as if I`d have slipped or tripped I wouldh ave knocked myself out on the sink or toilet, or fallen against the door. As I`m prone to dizzy spells if I had a turn, my husband wouldn`t have been able to get in to me! Therefore, the room took some of the pleasure away from staying there

"Fantastically located hotel with great facilities and staff "

Staff were brilliant and made a real fuss of our 7 year old girl. We had the best nights sleep to re-charge our batteries for 2 days in London. Great location close to Russell Square and perfect for central London. Great value for money and we wouldn`t hesitate to recommend or return.

"This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed at in London."

It appears that Holiday Inns have made 1 room into 2 and so far too small, also fan in the bathroom did not work. On the plus side the staff were well trained and very friendly and the breakfast was not bad.

"Warm welcome from efficient and very pleasant staff."

I`ve stayed in several Holiday Inns in Britain and Canada both for business and pleasure. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Bloomsbury Holiday Inn is very well located for stations and access to central London. This time I stayed in their standard double room which is what you`d expect, small, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, only one desk chair so not a place to relax in, air conditioning which was great, tiny bathroom, but at least it had a proper bath. I didn`t have breakfast so I can`t comment on the food but at £15 on top of the room rate I felt it was over priced, although I know it is probably the going rate in London, but too much for a coffee and a croissant which is all I`d have eaten, but as the hotel is surrounded by great cafe`s and eating places it`s not a problem. A good, reliable chain hotel in a great location.

"Concierge Brilliant"

After staying in many holiday inns I have to say that Bloomsbury far out weighs anywhere else. The concierges Gary was so helpful from arrival to departure. Friendly helpful staff I believe deserve some recognition and he definitely does. Thank you
