Very nice stay. Couldn`t be in a better location for the heart of London`s shopping. The only negative comment we have is there was no bottled water in the room and no kettle for tea. But apart from that, really good.

"What a beautiful hotel in luxurious surroundings and very close to regent street for shopping"
Stayed there for a special occasion and was more than happy with the hotel it`s def a 5* They put complimentary gifts in the room knowing it was a special occasion whilst we stayed over which made it more special for us both. Staff were very effecient and friendly.

Had great 7th floor room overlooking front street, with quote: "a newly refurbished bathroom", which it was.............. apart from show that didn`t work properly. Otherwise very good.

"Most enjoyable weekend stay"
My husband and I stayed one night for shopping & theatre. The Westbury was a lovely calm oasis to which to return. The staff were helpful and courteous,our room comfortable & quiet, the breakast was delicious with perfect scrambled egg. We would certainly book again.Thank you

"Fabulous hotel"
We had a fantastic experience at The Westbury - a lovely old fashioned London hotel, well worth the 5 stars. We were upgraded to a Superior Suite at no extra cost, which was amazing - beautifully fitted with a living room and marble bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast (that was inlcuded) was amazing. A wonderful experience!

Hotel location excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. However rooms were small and bathrooms equally so. Our rooms were discounted from the `rack rate`, as we booked through `Hotels direct` and so were value for money, however at full price, I would have been greatly disappointed. I also used the stairs all the time as the lifts/elevators were interminably slow and few and far between.

Have stayed here before and will again - not great facilities but location is excellent. Rooms are on small side and Polo Bar only for 21plus which was problem with our family who were 18+ but still not allowed in.

As the hotel is 5star I would hav expected tea and coffee facilities to be included in the cost of the room rather than have to pay an extra £5 plus service charge to have them brought to the room.The address states Bond Street but the hotel is in Conduit Street.Directions given from the tube station could have been clearer. Wonderful breakfast!

Great location, near to all the good shops, lively Polo bar good cocktails, a little pricey but you are in the heart of London. Breakfast was very good all cooked to order. Rooms nice and clean. Staff very friendly and attentive, worth a stay.

"Staff and service charming, bedroom and bathroom disappointing."
We expected a much better standard of rooms from a 5* hotel. The room was dull and dated, the bathroom old-fashioned and poorly appointed. There were no bathrobes, and toiletries amounted to a small bottle of bath/shower gel and a small bottle of shampoo. The tissues were the poorest quality. The TV in the bedroom was quite new but the picture quality was poor, and there was only a bedside light on one side of the bed. We had to ask for more hangers (only 2 provided initially) and also fresh hand towels on the second day. They did arrive promptly but we shouldn`t have had to ask. The hotel is in a great position.

the only downside was that two out of the three rooms werent ready at 2pm, so 6 of us had to quickly freshen up in one room. however you couldnt fault te clesnliness and overall impression of the food and hotel and the staff were very friendly

Everybody was helpful and friendly, although we only stayed one night it was good, the only problem we had was we had to wait 45 minutes from when our breakfast order was taken to actually having it - the breakfast being full English. Would stay again.

"Disappointing"
Paper thin walls; Bath had a plug that wouldn`t stay in the plughole; Very niosy plumbing; Air Con with only 1 fan setting (on a very hot day !); both male & female steam "rooms" out of order; hotel contractors that started smashing glass below our window at 08:15 on a sunday; the time-slot for breakfast in our room was decided for us by the hotel - and then it was 5 mins late !

"Hotel with great location"
The hotel is well maintained and its location is just fantastic. The rooms are adequate size with good quality bed and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable and the service very attentive. The only problem was that only one of the two lifts was working which resulted in queues forming for it. I would definitely stay there again.
