On arrival at hotel the allocated rooms were found to be very small despite recent refurbishment- concerns raised with Hotel reception staff and moved to larger rooms straight away. Central location of hotel very good close to theatres and shopping in Oxford street.

"Fab Hotel"

This is a lovely Hotel the rooms are very clean and nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

"Great location "

We were upgraded to a king room, after asking if could move to a room with a view from the front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, a very relaxed atmosphere in the bar late evening. My only gripe would be that the air con was very noisy, but was needed to combat the heat in the rooms. And 3 lights didn`t work... but don`t let put anyone me off... it has all the right facilities.

This theatre is in a wonderful location in the middle of London ... Close to all theatres ... The beds and mattresses are Fantastic. .. The morning breakfast is xcellent. ... Wonderful presentation. .. My London theatre forever!

"Cannot fault the staff!"

We had some initial problems at the Kenilworth, but the guest relations manager and duty manager went above and beyond to rectify matters for us. We ended up staying at their sister hotel in Bloomsbury Street and would definitely recommend that hotel - very comfortable and central.

Was very disappointed with the size of the room. Couldn`t swing a cat in it for the price we paid . Definately must of been budget rooms Hotel itself was lovely.

"VERY GOOD"

Reception welcoming - explained room was small and if I booked again I would get a up-grade. Rome was small but really no complaints. Excellent shower. Breakfast very good too.

Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities and the staff are a credit to the Radisson blu hotel chain. Thank you from myself and the young pepole we took with us for a memorable stay.

"excellent stay"

It was our 49th wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to an excellent quiet room on the 4th floor and given a large surprise cream cake with a congratulations card. All staff were very helpful and friendly and it made an excellent weekend

Everything was first class apart from the extremely small bedroom with no windows. There was no room even for an armchair so had to sit on the bed. The overnight tariff was not reflected by the size of the room.

"Two night stay"

My first night was a nightmare as we were put into a tiny room, not really fit for its purpose as a double room. The bed was tight up against the wall my side so had to crawl down the bed to get over my partner during the night. Breakfast next morning was excellent, then finally decided I could take no more of that room, so discussed in a rational manner with the reservations manager who apologised and acted in a professional manner, put us into a another room on the 2nd floor which was more in-line with expectations of a Radisson hotel. We enjoyed the remaining nights stay and of course next morning at breakfast. The staff here are friendly, courteous and professional. So would not hesitate to stay here again. One other minor negative issue is paying for music on the TV, we merely wanted the radio via the TV but not possible, so was charged £3.99 for 24 hours for an one album to be played.

Hotel itself was good, breakfast and bar very nice and staff very helpful and polite. Unfortunately room too small for 2 people, adequate for 1 but not 2. Bed also too small and difficult to get out of if sleeping against the wall, the size of the room was not made clear when booking, had it been so I would have chosen somewhere else at extra cost. Add in bed and pillows uncomfortable plus noisy air con the room very much was out of the line with the rest of the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel, only reason I have not said excellent as the room was on the small side for 2 people. As a base for exploring London it is fantastic. The staff were lovely and helpful and Irene at reception was so thoughtful and kind even organising for a bottle of wine to celebrate my husbands birthday. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious.

Nice room but small excellent service and breakfast, the weekend was only spoilt by the train service provided by southern two trains cancelled train station staff eventually put us on a south west train to Waterloo. Would suggest that you don`t use southern rail.

"Fantastic service"

Great hotel choice. It was my mum`s 70th Birthday and the front of house upgraded her room she was very happy. They also arranged a nice birthday gift for her and the manager was very friendly and came over and introduced himself. Location was perfect as close to everything and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again thank you Raddison.

"Good two small negatives"

Great check in great room, except very noisy at night due to generator outside the window and breakfast the tables for two are far to close felt like I was eating breakfast with the people on next table but great hotel and friendly staff

"Room swapping - Bad experiences with the bedrooms."

Our first room was a little small but we had a blind to block out lignht, unfortunately the blind fell down as a screw came loose. We rang reception and they came promptly but was advised maintenance finished at 10:00 P.M. We re-packed and we would be allocated a new room. As my partner walked into the next room there was water dripping from the ceiling above, there was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom and the bed had not been made properly, as this was a birthday present for my partner we were both unimpressed and my partner got dressed and went to reception as was really hacked off now. We were now allocated another room and again had to cart our luggage. This room was ok but the safe didn`t work. I went down in the morning to complain. I was asked what they could do for us and I asked for an upgrade. At the time they hadn`t got anything available but were offered an upgrade at the Radison Blu Bloomsbury which we took and was given an upgraded room to Business Class.

"Want a good nights sleep, you may be beetter off with another Hotel"

Good points Very good breakfast more than enough to set you up for the day. Room adequate for a short stay 1 or 2 nights no longer due lack of storage space. Bad points Room adjacent to busy junction with lots of traffic noise late into the night.. One of the two large windows had the double glazing panels missing meaning no reduction in traffic noise. Fire alarm went of intermittently from 0445 am to approx. 0530 am ?

"Definite for repeat performance "

Lovely hotel exceptionally clean, hotel staff all most helpful. Room somewhat small but didn`t really expect much else as we booked standard room perfectly adequate for one night stay. Would book larger room if staying longer. Breakfast was beautifully presented quality ingredients everything nice and hot that should be . Fab coffee which is a deal breaker for me.

"Radission Blu Kenilworth"

Lovely hotel easy walking distance Charing cross station, Oxford street, Soho and China town. Room had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Restaurant we used at breakfast had a great menu and nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

"The place to stay for all the London sights"

The staff at the Radission could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable, breakfast was fantastic lovely buffet style with everything you needed.Stayed in king size deluxe room spotless,ate at the sister hotel restaurant across the road Steak and Lobster great meal well worth a visit, the air con in the room could have been a bit more powerful apart from that well done Radisson Blu
