"Good but has problems"

The room we were given was tiny, I`m glad we didn`t take the cat because there was no room to swing it. The full English breakfast was cold both mornings and the tea had not strength in it. Sshame. Friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, in a very handy area with everything you could want within walking distance. Hotel just round the corner from tube station. Staff polite, rooms gorgeous.

"ROOM"

I was very disappointed with the size of the room and also the bed. We were in room 215 and the size of the room was almost half the suz of my friends room. The bed I would not consider to be a standard double as this is what we have at home. My husband and I had a very bad night with little sleep due to the size of the bed. I would consider it to be a small double and had I known that I would have booked a twin room. I do think you need to make this clear to your customers before they book as if I had known this I would not have booked it.

"Radisson Blu Edwardian Kenilworth"

Room size was great but was very surprised to be given the only disabled access room (as stated on the website) in the hotel . The bathroom, because of this was a great let down. I had high hopes for this hotel so was disappointed but as we were only there two nights we didn`t let it bother us too much. Also I stated that it was my husbands birthday treat but nothing extra was done. Have been to other hotels that have provided birthday treats. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. First morning when we went for breakfast and gave our room number we were asked if we had breakfast included, we said yes, lady had to go and check with reception but never came back to confirm if we had indeed purchased breakfast. Luckily I had my confirmation with me so I checked myself. On checkout there were no further charges. Overall nice stay, enjoyed our trip to London.

"Excellent Hotel for a visit to London."

We loved this hotel. Location was perfect .. short walk to the theatre and central for all locations in London. Breakfast was great and hotel staff were polite and friendly. The concierge was helpful and everyone went over and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Room was lovely and beds were so comfortable. A lovely touch was the welcome card and a birthday cake in the room as it was my daughter`s birthday. Would definitely stay here again.

"Given wrong bed"

When booking we asked for twin beds. We got a double. My wife is partially disabled. We didn`t complain as the room was convenient on the first floor. Everything else excellent

"Excellent position and superb breakfast."

The room was smallish but adequate and the tv was almost unwatchable due to constant buffering. However the staff were excellent ,the room clean and as said the breakfast amazing with a huge choice of different and healthy options. Would definitely stay again.

"Raddisson Kenilworth"

Clean,great staff, excellent breakfast. Only draw back we had was an upgrade which was room 610 the shower was absolutely pathetic (goodness knows what the original room was like) . Poor bathroom planning and a very slippery bath.Be aware of free upgrades because I think they end up giving you a pretty bog standard room with poor bathroom facilities.

"Overbook but relocated to hotel closer to Theatre"

We were due to stay here but we were advised they were fully booked on arrival. Advised they would find us a room at some time if we definitely wanted to stay there or they could offer us transfer to another hotel in Mercer Strret. This turned out to be really close to the theatre we were going to that evening so we took the offered taxi the less than half mile to new hotel where we were were upgraded. Worked out really well for us, room was ready very early as well for real win. Mercer St hotel excellent , no complaints at all.

"Excellent location, great food, friendly staff, will be back !!"

Really enjoying our stay, it was my partners b/day and along with been given a free upgrade on the room there was a cake and card waiting for us in our room !! . Couldn`t have picked a better place to stay location wise, we had breakfast in our room both mornings which was lovely, will definitely be back and will recommend to all our friends and family

"PERFECT LOCATION AND HOTEL"

I stayed at the Radisson Blue Kenilworth for one night as part of a birthday celebration for my wife. Our grandson was with us. We were delighted with our room, which was upgraded. The staff provided a cake and card. The staff were all efficient and welcoming. The rooms were attractive, clean and comfortable. I will certainly stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends. The hotel has a very pleasant place to eat. The breakfast was great, such a range of different foods and all high quality. We were booked in for a show at the Dominion Theatre and spent most of the rest of our time in the British Museum. It was just a few minutes` walk to each of them. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. Our grandson was so pleased with everything too.

"family trip"

Had a lovely stay at Kenilworth, from check in to check out was stress free, the staff were attentive and always polite. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was more than adequate with fresh towels and a shower head at a suitable height for a change. The breakfast was very relaxed with a wide choice to suit all tastes. All in all highly recommended.

"Great location for the theatre"

Reception staff helpful and friendly as we`re the bar staff in Scoff and Banter. Breakfast was very busy and service a bit slow- no cutlery set out for example and plates not cleared away swiftly. The hot and cold buffet choice was very good. It was disappointing to find on arrival that there was no twin room available as that is what was booked. One of the bathrobes had a rip in the sleeve. Overall a comfortable and well located hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

"Nice Hotel"

Hotel was good and the theatre was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Only niggle about the hotel was we had a room where the window was on a very noisy road so not much sleep.

"Lovely Hotel"

Lovely Hotel, staff polite and efficient, close to Oxford Street, Covent Garden, walking distance of a lot of theatres and Tottenham Court Road tube. Rooms were comfortable and had everything you need, comfy bed, an aray of toiletries, tea/coffee making facilites. The reason only rated good was we had breakfast included and although there was a lot of choice the food lacked flavour could defintely been served hotter. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Fabulous"

Welcoming staff, very friendly. We had an upgrade to a s a superior room, lovely big comfy bed, spacious, Bath sand a shower, robes and slippers and extras Like cotton wool cotton buds and tissues. Breakfast Was the best, excellent choice , very fresh , very enjoyable.

On arrival at hotel the allocated rooms were found to be very small despite recent refurbishment- concerns raised with Hotel reception staff and moved to larger rooms straight away. Central location of hotel very good close to theatres and shopping in Oxford street.

"Great location "

We were upgraded to a king room, after asking if could move to a room with a view from the front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, a very relaxed atmosphere in the bar late evening. My only gripe would be that the air con was very noisy, but was needed to combat the heat in the rooms. And 3 lights didn`t work... but don`t let put anyone me off... it has all the right facilities.

This theatre is in a wonderful location in the middle of London ... Close to all theatres ... The beds and mattresses are Fantastic. .. The morning breakfast is xcellent. ... Wonderful presentation. .. My London theatre forever!

"Cannot fault the staff!"

We had some initial problems at the Kenilworth, but the guest relations manager and duty manager went above and beyond to rectify matters for us. We ended up staying at their sister hotel in Bloomsbury Street and would definitely recommend that hotel - very comfortable and central.
